Wonderful place in the center of Jaipur! We stayed at the hotel The Fern Residency Jaipur for four days, and spent several times at the roof top where they offer nice food and drinks. Relaxing and good atmosphere. Outmost good service from Primal. Recommend!

The reception staff Ms Heena is very cooperative and helpful for guest and always smiling. In restaurant Ms Priya and Mr V***n has very cooperative and smiling with serving and food is very yummy and tasty. The above staff has surprise celebration of our 40th Anniversary. Thanks

It was a great. Stay we loved. Our stay because of the service. It was too good. Ms sanjana from reception. Took the cheak in. With politely. Food. Was quit. Good. Taste should. Be better. Housekeeping service was. Good. With. All the. Amenities.

The stay was fabulous at such a low cost I really loved everything about this place from its ambience to the feel it gave also the cleanliness of the room was top notch and at night you can visit the restro bar at the top from where the view is just outstanding

The hotel is very nice and centrally located and the staff is very nice and co operative and room was very nice and swimming pool is gud on roof top the special thanks to Mr jitendra and Mr uttam from the front desk are both the cooperative person

The stay was nice, Best part was Swimming pool, Staff is very Polite, The staff at Front desk ms Sanjana was very helpful and she fullfiled all our requirements, She even prepared a complimentary cake aswell as it was my birthday Thank you for a good stay.

***y things were unacceptable during this trip. We were a group of 5 friends who requested a triple room and a double room. 1. When we arrived there was no third bed in the triple room and it had not been set up for 3 people (not enough towels or water etc.). As we were going out for a few hours, we asked that this be sorted out whilst we were out. We were out for 3 hours, and upon our return, nothing had changed. 2. In both rooms, sheets and bedding were dirty. We had to ask twice for the bedding to be changed and made sure that there were no stains on any of the beds. The same issue happened again when the sheets were changed the following day. 3. The actual room was dirty with questionable stains on the curtains and dirty handprints all over the walls. 4. Room service and breakfast leave something to be desired. Cold food. 5. Walls are very thin, sounds like elephants are in the hotel when walking around.
