The place truly lives up to its name of a palace, but its undone by unprofessional (or untrained) staff. CheckIn 🐢 CheckOut 🐢🐢 Housekeeping 🐢🐢🐢 In fact, the team there works in slo-mo mode. Breakfast spread was below average during our stay (checked in on 1st Dec and Checked out on 3rd). The Fish Tikka (during our dinner on 2nd) was superb, but the chicken biryani was exactly opposite. Overall an OK experience, that could've been much more better.

Great place to visit. We enjoyed there very much. The excellent services provided by the staff and their managers and the food was delicious. Specifically mr. devendra's behaviour was excellent and cooperative.. thank you devendra ji.......

We had a best experience in terms of hospitality and service. We have checked as part of our company quarter meet and must say they have chosen the best place for the event . From checkin to checkout we had no problem through out the stay .services were quick and staff was humble .

It was a great time at the place Jaipur . Beautiful property with beautiful decor . Pool was big and well maintained. Staff was polite and we were served with refreshing welcome drink on checkin . Room alloted to had a garden view . Food taste good .

I had an wonderful experience at the palace jaipur , we stayed in fheir swiss cottage room. The rooms are pretty spacious and had a wonderful view .The property is beautiful built up in palace style .staff was courteous and always ready to help .will definitely visit again .

Our stay was really pleasant and relaxing.we came to the hotel to attend our companys event .The rooms were really spacious and modernised in decor . Food taste was good. Staff at front desk was helpful and provided us the early checkin without any hassle. Thanks to the palace team .

We have stayed at palace hotel to attend our company's event .when we reached the hotel we were served the refreshing mocktail and our request for early check-in was honoured by the front desk staff .They were courteous and friendly.All the arrangements related to our event was wonderful. Thank u to our company and the palace team for the hospitality

Must stay each and every staff at the hotel is courteous and smiling . We came there for an corporate event and we took almost 100 rooms .Though stay was for just one night but we thoroughly enjoyed the stay .All the arrangements were awesome .thanks The Palace Team .

Beautiful place,staff is excellent and extremely helpful and well mannered. Food was outstanding and delicious. Beautiful ambience with modern and heritage style .our entire team had enjoyed the stay . Pool was extremely beautiful and water was clean
