Rawla Rawatsar

This stay was an oasis. We had travelled to Delhi and Agra and this stay was such a reprieve from all we’ve seen and done. The room was lovely, the veranda was ideal for dinner and watching the peacocks. It was fairly quiet as it’s tucked back from the busy main road. The staff were quiet helpful and the food and atmosphere were so nice that we returned for most of our meals. I would return here again, certainly.

I have had a comfortable stay in this hotel. It's located nearby Sindhi bus station but still quiet enough for a good sleep. Breakfast was tasty. Owners and staffs were kind and helpful. Felt like a homestay. There were some peacocks roaming around in garden too.

A glorious stay in the midst of a busy city. The owner and staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms have everything you need with great showers and the breakfast which is included is generous and tasty. If it was treble the price it would still be good value.

staff was helpful. I would have liked more variety at breakfast, but my biggest complaint is that there was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee

This gem is close to center in a quiet area, with easy transport to the center. It is in a villa which gives a homely atmosphere. There is a terras and garden for the guests. The management is extremely friendly and helpful. It has a good restaurant, but you need to order in advance. The room and beds were comfortable. We even got a heater in cold January. I felt to be treated like a maharadja.

We had a lovely stay , the house is located in a quite area and close so the center with car or tuktuk. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, warm, excellent food, and the daily and staff are very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend it !

Travelers nightmare. I reserved this property for two nights in Dec 2022 and notified them via ******* site that I was arriving late after midnight. Upon arrival I wasn’t able to get in the property or check-in. It’s not a hotel it’s a private residence with a gate. I called their phone line many times and sent many messages but no one answered. I had to look for a different hotel in the area in the middle of the night which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I was exhausted and sad. This is not a safe area if Jaipur. A few days later this merchant told me via message that I need to speak with *******. They sent many messages and some of them didn’t make any sense. One message said that they waited for me for three days and held the room which wasn’t true, I reserved the room on the same day of check-in. The second message said that they could not find my reservation, that it didn’t come through, although they communicated with me through ******* site with the booking ID in the message header which also didn’t make any sense. I felt like the messages were answered by a child or someone careless and rude. ******* said that the merchant declined the refund because I never checked-in which is not true. I was not able to get in the property and no one answered when I was standing at the gate calling their phone and knocking at the doors. Once in a lifetime horrible experience I had to pay for.

Le Rawla Rawatsar est une superbe maison avec un joli jardin, l’ensemble a beaucoup de charme. Bien que très centrale, lorsque l’on y rentre on se sent loin du tumulte de la ville. Nous avions une chambre supérieure très confortable et propre, la salle de bain est grande et bien équipée. L’accueil et le service sont agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. Nous avons dîné sur place un soir, la nourriture est préparée à la carte et tout était très bon. Merci au couple sympathique qui gère si bien cet endroit et se montre toujours disponible pour nous aider. Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement de séjourner au « Rawla Rawatsar» lors de votre séjour à Jaipur.
