Very good hotel with good room & one can stay good property in food department little bit improvement nreded otherwise everything is good staff service is good everybody support and reception staff also good quick service & one should definitely consider this hotel to stay

We had a dining at the resturant, the food was delicious we ordered panner tikka masala, chaas is a must try here. Overall the facilities, hotel staff and everything else is upto the mark and gives you the comfort you are looking for. Had a great experience.

Excellent stay and well accomodated by Staff, thanks to Deepak, Amit dama, Dinesh, Navin, Amrita and Kajal Kudos to the Staff for personally taking care of us. Right from Room checkin till food and other amenities, Saira staff personally took care of everything. Would definitely plan to visit again.

Brilliant hospitality of all the staff in hotel. Specially Mr. ***gi Chaudhary accommodated entire family like his own and it felt like home, not hotel. Minute things were taken care of and even local tour was arranged beforehand. One place in Jaisalmer where my family would want to visit everytime is Saira Fort for sure!!!

Excellent hospitality, entire team smiling all the time and helping attitude. Food and services were excellent. Would recommend to all my relatives and friends to stay wherever they are visiting Jaisalmer for vacation to enjoy the visit and make it memorable forever.

The stay at Saira fort was comfortable and delightful. The serene surroundings create the perfect ambiance for relaxation, making it an ideal choice for a weekend getaway or a peaceful retreat. The food was awesome. The hospitality and staff was very good. Overall our stay at the hotel was great.

I can say this is the best hotel in jaisalmer.every one must visit the place.Property itself is very beautiful and appreciable.food is very delicious.and staff is very cooperative too.i can say it's a full Paisa vasul rooms.Rooms are very near and clean.Hotel is in city only so location is also good.overall I can say it's a 5 star property.

Nice stay at hotel and cordial staff members and specially thanks to Sri ***gi choudhary jee for pleasant stay at this hotel. Property is looking like a castle and amazing stay .. food is also very delicious and awesome... House keeping services is also very good ..

The charming stay in the middle of the desert. Its a beautiful resort property with a Rajasthani royal feel. The property looks like a palace. The big walls of the hotel give a grandeur feel. The hotel is nicely located and well connected with other important places in the city. The staff right from the entry is courteous(have read few feedbacks on dull staff, which is not correct) everyone is lively, meets n greets happily, the restaurant staff are good and attentive, HK, FO are delivering the best. The hotel is well lead by Mr Chaudhary… a spectacular leader and is highly approachable. The pool is satisfying in the scorching heat, the cultural program in the evening is shows the true beauty of Jaisalmer. We really loved the stay. Thank you everyone!
