Pros: on the road to jaisalmer
good staff cons : not good rooms (no sockets to charge your phone near bed) no intercom, not clean bedsheets.

Services to be better specially room service, there was no intercom facility using we can connect to reception. Properity is good but maintenance supposed to be improved

1. Breakfast was good. 2. Welcoming environment with good service for luggage dropping from car to room vice versa. 3. Room' toliet was not clean. 4. Cob webs on wall of room. Experience was average

An hour after we completed the hotel booking procedure, the bathroom water was turned on. There was a foul smell in the kitchen area of the hotel. Suffocation also occurred in rooms that were less used.

I have booked delux room and in this room the bed is broken there is no intercom facility
tv is not in working condition
no toilet paper
no security camera in residence or living area
