My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

The staff and their hospitality made my first ever family trip the most memorable one. It was my birthday on the day of my stay I was welcome by love n warmth . The musical welcome on the entrance. The decoration inside the room left me awestruck and card with the handwritten note everything all together made my day. Thank you Siya for personally participating in this surprise with Coordinating with my family . And turning my birthday in the most special and memorable one. Big Thanks and gratitude to the each person involved. with a grateful heart I recommend this place to everyone travelling to Jaisalmer. Regards Vanikki Tyagi

Excellent hotel. Warm welcome.Rooms were cozy,neat and had all the amenities including free wifi and complimentary tea and mineral water. Had a good night sleep and it was remarkable how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of Indian and continental dishes. Special thanks to staff who were very friendly and polite throughout our stay. I will recommend the hotel to my family and friends. Our YADGAR PAL was when the staff gave us very thoughtful parting gift. I want to come again. Thanks Marriott

The jaisalmer marriot is Excellent, in FOOD , HOSPITALITY, AND SPECIALLY THE KIDS PLAY AREA INSIDE THE HOTEL ,CREAYONS IS VERY GENTLY HANDLED BY RAJENDRA.. AND Spa Facility is also excellent here, Mr. PRAKASH THE THERAPIST DID GOOD JOB...

My Last stay at the JW Merriott Resort was very good and like always, it was well within my expectations. All staff members from the entry to exit were cordial and friendly. All my requirements were well taken care by them. A special word of appreciation for Chef Narendra Singh Rawat and Chef Balwant Singh Sajwan at restaurant, both was fantastic, very professional, kind, and very accommodating. They obliged me with food of my choices during my restaurant time and always made me feel like at home.

Beautifully maintained property with the most cordial and friendly staff. Right from the reception at our arrival until our check out we were taken care of with the u**ost care. Every single staff member greets with you a smile. They have quite a good variety of food spread in their buffets at breakfast and dinner. Special mention to the spa masseuses for their exceptional work. Definitely recommend.

Excellent stay for 3 days. I enjoyed the food. Staff are good. M R Deepak, Chef Narendra Karam Jenny and kailash who made Masala Tea was excellent. It's like home made. Room is good. Food is excellent taste. Variety is available. Birds behind the restaurant is pleasant to see.
