This hotel was very clean and comfortable, the room was excellent - lots of space, very cool and the bathroom was well appointed. The food was fantastic, can highly recommend the Indian breakfast! The staff were very attentive and could not have done more for us. We loved our stay.

Best Stay in India: VERY beautiful hôtel, friendly and professional people, very good service, good restaurant. The bedroom is really very nice, large and comfortable. Big bathroom, hot shower. Beautiful view from the restaurant! Property ok +++. Wifi ok

It is one of the best hotel we stayed in during our trip through India. Good service. Happy personnel. Comfy and clean rooms. Beautiful place and good food. We stood one night only but could have stayed a week. We recommend without hesitation.

We were privileged to be hosted by the owner, his delightful son and a team that looked after our every need. They arranged a fantastic and very knowledgeable guide who spoke very good English and Italian, Spanish and French. We visited the fort nearby and the owner accompanied us on a desert tour to watch the dune activities and the sunset. The food was good and the beer cold! We really enjoyed our stay in a beautifully decorated, traditional, comfortable haveli.

They were accommodating of our requests for support for my mother's mobility issues. And for that I'm grateful. I also appreciated how responsive the entire team was to our communication. The hotel is not large but really beautifully done. The rooms are well decorated with local art and crafts. The food was good - homely and tasty. The staff extremely efficient and warm. Definitely recommend it for a quick budget stay for a day or two.

Very good hotel with good employees. The breakfast and dinner are good with lot of tastes. When you arrived at the hotel the employees welcome you with a flowers neklace. It was very nice and beautifull. There are lot of activities with a good prices.

Enjoyed our stay in Heritage house.Staff was very polite.They took care of all the packages in a reasonable price.Food was very delicious.Room was very spacious and very clean.Dawood was very helpful in local tour and arranging the transportation.Naseer was very helpful in food preparation.I love to visit again heritage house..

Great place to stay in Jaisalmer at a really good price! The people at the hotel are very welcoming and the service was wonderful. They also have a really cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. This hotel is also in a prime location.
