Hotel Ganga Regency

The room was acceptable, but i booked a room with a single queen-size bed and was given a room with two twin beds instead. It was challenging to adjust to the different setup. As a customer, i expect to receive what i reserved. The explanation that the room was already booked is not a satisfactory response. As a customer, i asked the hotel to provide basic sanitary pads and medicine. However, they told us it was not available. When i suggested sourcing them from a nearby store, i was informed that all shops were closed. Yet, at 10:30 pm, i found these items easily within 100 -150 meters at a nearby medical shop. The lack of effort to accommodate guests' needs was disappointing.

Very bad experience, tv, ac was not working properly, room was very small in respect to suite room will not suggest this hotel to anyone

Hotel manager not allowed us due to my wife’s i’d is not with her. And no refund i have received form your side or hotel sides.

All the amenities like room service, fooding, cleanliness, staff behaviour was all excellent. Foods were so healthy and homely cooked with full hygiene and the room service was very good.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Worst service My stay at the hotel was a nightmare. The room was dingy, with outdated furnishings and a musty odor that never seemed to fade. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens looked questionable at best. The bathroom was a disaster – poorly maintained, with moldy tiles and a malfunctioning shower. The noise from adjacent rooms and the street outside made sleep impossible. The staff's indifference to my concerns only added to the disappointment. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Reception not good, not friendly, basic things like towel not available. Blanket not upto mark. Regular sound of water leakage from washroom, hand wash not available ( bar soap given)

The location of the hotel is fine, there was no problem in check in and check out. The staff members there were also almost fine. There is a market and a mall at a distance of 200 meters from the hotel's location. A little too expensive. Overall it's fine.

The stay was good specially we were satisfied with the staff's behaviour and the room was also good but the food quality was best perviously this time i found it little bit poor. Overall it was a nice experience of staying at hotel ganga regency
