Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville East

Motel staff was friendly But the motel in general wasn’t the cleanest ever. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and in the lobby area, but they were not guests, they appeared to be loitering. The hallway smelled very strongly of **** and you had to look for a maid for clean towels. Honestly, I would not stay here again.

Room was good and clean. Service was good too. Place was near to many restaurants

It's a very old building and needs a lot of updates. The carpets are old And the rooms are very small. I've seen other poor reviews saying that the rooms were very dirty, but my room wasn't bad. It was clean and I will say they didn't have any bugs and that's one of the first things I checked when I get to any hotel room. It was a place to sleep since I was on a quick road trip down to see the caverns. I will say it was a great price.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in the lobby and second floor smelled like smoke. Toilet had different color due to peeling paint. Staff was very friendly. But I would not stay here again

Found our stay to be good! Staff were very nice! Roo,s were clean and shower had lots of hot water. We would stay again! Bed was a little hard but comfortable 😌

As I walked in to register, there was a guest sitting in the second story window smoking. For the amount of time I spent in the room, it was worth the price compared to the other places.

This is very very very old hotel. We were put in a room 214 that was super dirty and smelled like smoke. The bathroom toilet was disgusting. The toilet seat had 4 different colors from the pain peeling off. A toilet seat is $20 bucks for the love of God replace it!!! We asked to change rooms and we did. The other room wasn’t much better I had to hold my pee until we checked out. I feel like ******* has some kind of fake reviews how can this place get a “good” rating ?? because i am not picky by any means but when i feel i can get a disease from using a bathroom then that tells you something. We had Clorox wipes so we cleaning everything before we touched it. The sheets smell like bleach and were clean( I’ll take bleach smell on sheets any day so I know they have been washed properly) I will never stay at a Microtel again. Lesson learned

Found a hair in my shower, white blanket was stained. It was inexpensive, and decent for the price. Pet friendly is a plus.
