Courtyard Jekyll Island

Great Anniversary Spot 33rd anniversary trip with the fa, great atmosphere and ambiance. Service was excellent, location is perfect very clean rooms, pool restaurant.

Games set up on lawn for guest to play. Bicycles available. Walkway to beach. Close to shopping village.

Loved the food, accessible beach, resort prices, requested rooms to be near each other and accessible, but did not get any portion of the request. The staff was very uncaring and did not provide direction even though it was very obvious that there were three members of our party that had mobility challenges.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Property was unkempt and not updated. Not to mention the bathroom was so disgusting that I had to buy cleaning supplies from a nearby Walmart and clean it. There was no breakfast available and for what I received it was not worth the price by any stretch of the imagination. And if management had at least tried to alleviate my concerns it would have been different but they did not care. Do yourself a favor and chose another location on Jekyll Island.

Nice It was a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. The pool was excellent. The only thing that i really did not like was that when you arrive they give you a paper stating things like when the pool is open etc. It also says under the breakfast section that if you're staying at the Courtyard by Marriott that you can see the starbucks counter during specified hours for ,"a delightful breakfast experience ". When we went to the starbucks counter and inquired ab breakfast, the girl showed us the little breakfast menu so we all got 1 thing from the menu. 4 selections. 2 of which were just breakfast sandwiches, 1 a breakfast burrito and scrambled eggs for my daughter. I don't recall seeing any pricing on the menu and the flyer should've been worded in a way to clarify that breakfast was available to be purchased at the starbucks counter because the way it was stated I had no idea that it was not free. It was $70. I paid for it & it tasted good.. but i do feel i was decieved into getting breakfast there. I just did not want to say nevermind once we ordered.. overall it was a good experience. The only other thing i really did not like was concerning the balcony with a beachview. While fine from the actual small balcony, the beach is not visible from any place inside the room and the beds are against a wall so that you have the least view of what's outside from in bed. My mother is in a wheelchair and I was hoping she could see something nice from the bed but no luck there. Was not bad though

The board walk that takes you right to the beach was perfect! Staff was helpful. Dining was wonderful, but need more -smaller portion lunch options that are easier to grab and go-But everything we tried was wonderful! Starbucks was great. The pool was also perfect!
