Impossible to get to, never informed that you can’t park at hotel, you have to leave your car 1/2 mile away. Pay to enter town, Pay to be driven to town.receptionist slow as a tortoise, dirty jacuzzi, first hotel in Brazil to mess up breakfast. Only bright spot was the barman, a true pro

The place itself is nice but could maybe use a touch of paint here and there. Having said that the location is amazing as it is right on the beach and that is where you start a very nice breakfast. The rooms are nothing super special but will defenitely do and the shower is great! Staff is friendly and even though there are more special places on the beach this is for sure an amazing option to choose!

This hotel did not meet my expectation when considering their rate. Their location is perfect, nice pools and jacuzzi. The front desk staff is not accommodating at all, they cannot simply do anything out of the box to try to help. They also promise to call back to respond to requests and never do. The breakfast is very average, they do not replace items on the buffet. The positive point here are the servers, they are all very friendly and professional and are always around seeing if you need anything. Unfortunately that doesn’t apply to the beach bar personal, their service is below average, but the food is good. Another positive point to the breakfast is the omelete/tapioca station. Going back to the issues with the rooms, the air conditionings do not work properly. I had to call twice to complaint for the first room we had. After they changed our room, same thing, the AC did not work properly too.

Would stay again. All inclusive hotel. You really don’t have to leave for anything. The village nightlife is fun. On the beach, great included breakfast. Good restaurant & pools.

Well sited on the beach but not a private beach and can be noisy. We paid for veranda but daily deposits of animal faeces on chairs, table and floor made veranda unusable. We had to complain daily to get these cleaned up. We were told that these were from Iguanas and, as Jeri is in a National Park, nothing can be done. We understand this but the message is "don't pay extra at this hotel for a room with veranda".
