One of the best hotels in Jermuk is the Armenia Spa Hotel. The location of the hotel is very affordable, near the centre, the gallery of Mineral Waters, and the waterfall, which is only 15 minutes away. The service at the hotel was at a very high level. The staff is very friendly to every guest, including me. The hotel also has a shuttle service, using which you can visit other historical and interesting places. The drivers are very experienced and friendly . And in the evening, you can have a cup of tea and coffee, enjoy a wonderful piece of dashnabur. The rooms in the hotel are large and spacious, the main thing is that they are clean and comfortable. There is a large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The food at the hotel is incredibly delicious, fresh, and varied. Thank you to all the staff for organising my pleasant and interesting vacation .

We had a terrible time on our family visit. The list is endless from below average meals to zero amenities. We were told about spa facilities and on reaching, we were told to go to another hotel, their facilities are shut for a year without any information. Aircon doesn’t work nor do they have standing fans. Their breakfast area is also very unclean and badly maintained. The worst part is that the staff doesn’t care, nor does the owner.

Приехали в Джермук в сентябре. Жили в "Армении" во 2 корпусе как в отеле. Расположение отличное - рядом парк с пешеходными тропами, озером с утками... Много предложений на любой вкус экскурсий на площади рядом. Кормили сытно, можно было что-то выбрать. Доброжелательный персонал. Номер был большой с высокими потолками и балконом. ТВ и вай-фай присутствовало. Для туристов - рекомендуем!
