Rooms needed a lil improvement, bed sheets needs to be replaced, because they looked very used and not too clean.

Only one thing:The employee couldn't find my reservation took a while to find it .Everything else was good.

For $50 plus fees and taxes ($12), it was a good deal. The place is well lit outside and isn't a huge facility. It's in a good part of Houston. The only issues I saw were a gap under the door and the linen wasn't well cleaned, dingy — extremely so. Bring your own towels and sheets.

The sanitation is poor, the towels are old, the room has a bad smell, the customer service attitude is poor, and the price is higher than others of the same level.

This property advertises free breakfast included. When I asked about it, they said they DO NOT offer breakfast. False advertisement. The doors do not have a door stop to secure entrance if the locks fail. Unsafe practices. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

I didn't like the moisture coming under the door because there was no door guard at the bottom. It was too human and the room to keep air conditioning running and they did not have the coffee in the mornings.

It really didn’t surprise me, But my non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smell. But I knew what I was getting into with the price that I was paying. And no, I did not ask for room change nor complain.

DO NOT STAY HERE my friend and i have stayed here a couple times and we got accused of having a pet multiple times when we did not and they just kept saying oh we saw you but last night we left early because there were bed bugs and we got moved to another room and it ALSO had bugs it was disgusting. if you stay here thoroughly check EVERYTHING.
