Was ok ! People were friendly ! The delivery robot was funny ! The breakfast was bad ! Everything else ok …will come back but without breakfast :)

Very good location, can go walking to train station.

It is a hotel with a lot of character .. from the first moment you enter it you do not want to leave. The hotel is carefully designed and gives you a feeling that you are in the heart of nature. The authenticity of the hotel is just great and sometimes you should sit in the hotel lounge to enjoy the huge screen that projects the beauty of the city and its surroundings. The rooms are beautifuly designed by the gorgeous view of the river seen from the window. The service at the hotel is sublime, supreme. The whole team is functioning perfectly! And I must mention Mrs. MIAOMIAO - who in her presence illuminates the hotel and as if a colorful rainbow unfolds from the reception desk towards the lifts. I highly recommend visiting this hotel, you will not regret it for a moment!

酒店位置便利，服務貼心周到，房間乾淨整潔，讓人倍感舒適，環境清幽舒適，服務方面恰到好處，尤其是酒店前台員工李梅英，熱情友善，讓人心情愉悦，酒店設施一流，品質服務，每個細節非常到位，給人留下深刻的印象。

酒店在江山市應該算比較top的定位，服務還是很不錯的，昨天樓上有個客人10點還在吵鬧，直接聯繫了梨子管家，很快就給解決了。酒店位置很不錯，旁邊就是商業體，另外交通也非常方便，高速下來5分鐘就能到，對於去江郎山和廿八都的肯定非常重要

酒店前台服務很好，態度很温和，一掃旅途的疲憊頓感舒適。入住時看我們一家三口貼心送了一份第二天的早餐，房間在17樓能看江景，乾淨整潔也很安靜，休息得很好。酒店出門附近就有飯店，隨便選了一家民魚人家，口味一級棒。

酒店入住體驗，推薦。房間很寬敞明亮，床品非常舒適，讓我每晚都能得到充分的休息。酒店配有健身房、游泳池等。前廳經理梨子態度熱情、細心周到，為我提供了非常好的服務。這裏的位置也很便利，附近有許多景點和餐廳，無論是遊覽還是用餐都非常方便。總的來説，這家酒店的性價比非常高。

文嵐酒店地理位置好，邊上就有一個大商場，一走進大堂就有很好的文化氣息，前台服務好，特別是小黃，給房間安排了江景房，還免費贈送了早餐，房間很大很舒服，早餐也挺好，下次來江山旅遊還會繼續選擇！

第一次入住東方文嵐，整體感覺還是不錯的，房間寬大整潔，散發著濃厚的文化氣息，酒店配套設施齊全，周邊就是大型商場和超市，逛街購物都很方便，晚上門口還有夜市一條街，讓人在欣賞夜景的同時還能享受到美食的樂趣。酒店服務人員熱情周到，下次來還會選擇這裏！
