Jiuzhaigou Banshandu Homestay (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area)

Pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the room was spacious with nice decor. Complimentary fruits and snacks were provided upon arrival. The only thing I wish could be improved is the towels. They only provide disposable towels, although you can ask for extra ones. However, they don’t really dry the body very well. The location is convenient, close to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, with several restaurants nearby.

Nothing in particular happened. It is just an old hotel, way overcharging for quite basic rooms. I didn't like it because... The place isn't very clean, things don't work properly or are broken. The room size was exaggerated. The promise of a smart room doesn't actually exist, the smart toilet only opens and flushes... in fact didn't even flush most of the time. The shower goes hot and cold every few seconds, the linen has stains on it, the disposable towels are useless (they don't dry you and tear easily). Definitely forget about drying your hair. Even the slippers are too small for men's feet, the bath is made for very short people and even then, you will have your knees under your chin. The windows, from the 2 rooms I saw, were at a brick wall or a rock wall (picture included). The tiny fridge could maybe fit 4 cans. The door safety lock was broken. The water filter did not come with the big bottle, to be able to make it work. So it was also useless. It was noisy. We could hear people through the door and some of the traffic in the morning too. Bed wasn't comfortable, and quite unstable. The elevator still had plastic on the door. There were cracks and faults in the room (photos included). So it's OK for a basic hotel but the price is at least double what it should be. I wouldn't recommend it at the current pricing.

Towels provided are 1-time disposable use only so do bring your own towels if you dont mind! There are a few bugs and insects in the room from time to time. Staffs are friendly nonetheless and replies fast via Wechat. Even though check out time is before 12pm, they will start knocking on the door and texting you to check out around 11am…there are nearby Starbucks, KFC, Chagee stores…

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the receptionists were attentive and welcoming. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the entrance to the park and close to lots of nice restaurants. The room itself was beautiful and just like the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it!

The room is comfortable and well decorated. The location is superb as it is a near walk to the Jiuzhaigou ticketing entrance.

The accommodation is in a great location, on the 3rd floor with restaurants below. It's within walking distance of the national park. The decor is nice, the beds are comfortable, and there's a bathtub for children. The only downsides are the sewer smell and stains in the bathroom, and the smart toilet wasn't working.

Good place for friends to stay! But would be good if they could fix their toliet shower, showering amenities are old and in need of repair, otherwise, all is good!

Room was spacious. Replies from the staff were prompt. Amenities provided are disposables. There is no floor mat in the bathroom. There are a lot of food options just downstairs.

Very clean hotel and 10 minutes walking distance from the scenic area. Close to many local foods and KFC
