The place was very clean and the service was excellent. The premises are also very nice.

Hotel is nice, safe and has many facilities (e.g. Jacuzzi, nice pool, lake access, ...). The staff is very kind and friendly. The main issue is that is in a rather remote location, hard to access and get out if you do not have a car. As a result the prices of services are high (e.g. taxi to and from Flores is 50 USD, buffet dinner 26 USD, ...) compared to Guatemala standards.

******* states Standard Room is for 4 people and extra rollaway bed is available. I was told I had to pay extra for 4th person and extra bed is not available. The employee at reception said it is a marketing problem and the re is nothing that can be done about it. The road is bad to this location. I have stayed at many hotels in Guatemala and this is one that does not work with you. Many things are a challenge for this hotel. If you travel a lot you know the feeling that things just don’t happen easily or at all at certain places. I prefer not to struggle when I travel. there are many other options, I recommend you check them out.

I never seen a lake so beautiful and clean to swim on. This hotel has a nice pool and a Jacuzzi. Staff is friendly and nice

The clealiness of the hotel exceed my expectations very clean all around. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit tikal national park and Flores island.

The hotel is nice. It seems like is beginning to grow again since it’s closure in the pandemic. There are some amenities that have not been rebuilt. Food is average in pricing

Location, amenities and security. Personnel helpful on all my requests during my stay. Best place to stay if you come to visit el Tikal. Excellent Dinner selection . I will be back next year.
