I had a most comfortable stay. Breakfast was fresh with a really good variety of food choices. Super friendly staff. Clean well maintained environment and gardens. He Gautrain station just across the road makes for convenient travel to OR Tambo Airport.

Although a bit dated, the room is nice and big. We had stayed at their Hyatt neighbor the week prior and this room was way more comfortable. The room wasn’t very clean at first, but we brought it to management attention and they cleaned it nicely. We did have issues with the AC, but since it wasn’t super hot we didn’t bother asking them to fix it. The location is perfect, they are right across the street from The Zone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Excellent service from Reception,kitchen and housekeeping. Always willing to help and the facilities are clean and usable. Based in a secure area and close to a lot of head offices of various companies. The parking and access are secure with zero incidents during my 6 weeks stay.

I rated 1- rooms are old and smelly. The locks on the doors and windows do not work properly. It is extremely loud due to street noise. There are so many small hotels to stay in this was an absolute let down. Do not believe other reviews. I would never recommend anyone stay there. I desperately needed a place to stay for one night. The first room I had smelled so bad I was sitting outside on the balcony. The staff changed my room which was a step above the first one.

Just spent 4 nights at the facility. Perfect for a Jo’Burg visit. Super easy to get there from airport as the Gautrain stops in front of hotel and Rosebank Mall. Rooms were clean, quiet and safe. Tumi at reception is awesome, helpful and kind.

From staff ro suite, the attention to detail is remarkable! Do yourself a favor and make this your base for your travels! Did I mention the food? The FOOD! Scrumptious and fresh! I won’t stay anywhere else!

It was a feel of home, very peaceful environment and very close to the rosebank mall where you can get access to anything you may need. Train station just opposite the hotel as well for easy transport. Excellent workers!! Will choose it over and over.

The Courtyard in Rosebank is low rise complex, ideally located, with pleasant gardens, a small pool and a resident tortoise. The Courtyard’s secret ingredient is its staff. This is also true of the Courtyard in Sandton where I have also stayed. The staff is really unique. They are the most helpful, courteous and pleasant group of people you could encounter. Nothing is too much trouble. You leave items in your room. They are kept safely for your return. Tumi, at the front desk is a special case. She really goes out of her way to make your visit one to remember. Management, catering, cleaning and security staff are all very professional and friendly. You feel safe and well looked after at the Courtyard.

The hotel is well placed for tourists, so many restaurants and African craft markets, literally across the street. The Hop on Hop off tour bus is right there. The hotel itself is lovely, clean , super comfy beds and the staff is exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!!
