Staff was friendly and helpful. Had difficulty checking in. Room was supposedly ready but it was not. Keys had to be replaced because they werent coded properly.
Not a pleasant check in experience.

Dirty faucet in the sink
The sink hole did not have any restrictor
Base ring of the holding bar in the shower had come off
Felt the price was too high for the value

Inside the toilet bowl was dirty, I was bitten while asleep. will never stay in another comfort inn

I didn’t like not having housekeeping make up beds and change towels daily considering price of room.

Parking-lot needs to be redone and there were a few cobwebs in the halls but the room was stocked and very clean. TV worked perfectly, fridge was silent, lights were adequate and bathroom fresh and clean. The bed was very comfy as well. Lobby area was simple and cozy with easy access food and drinks. A big positive was that there are many places to eat within walking distance (5-10 minutes). My favorite part of the stay was, by far, the staff; every staff member I encountered was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Very run down. Our room door only shut if you lifted up. We had no hot water. And our TV didn’t work. Luckily we only were staying one night.

Upon our arrival there was approximately 4 squares of toilet paper left on the roll along with a nasty smell of seafood and ********* in the room. When asking for a roll of toilet paper from the front desk, they didn’t have any and had to send someone with a roll…30 minutes later. An hour into our stay the fire alarm was going off and we had to evacuate…not that anyone told us to because there was no staff to be found. When we woke up there was also zero coffee cups for our in room coffee maker. This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel.

floor was dirty and sticky. Side entrance was not cared for. It had a broken board on steps that was a trip hazard and was a sheet of ice that should of been cared for.
The heater in the room would not heat up the room. The room was freezing with heat off when entered and after turned on it did not start heating for hours and inside temp did not rise above 65.
Hair was all over the tub and needed to be rinsed off before using in order to not get it on yourself.
Lastly, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have experienced.
We will avoid comfort inn and affiliated hotels in the future.
