It was a very disappointing stay. The only saving grace is the excellent location. The rest of the experience was very poor. - did not receive proper check-in instructions from apar**ent operator Neo until the actual check-in date when trip.com wrote an email to say that the operator could not contact me previously as no contact details given. It was an excuse because details needed to be given for booking earlier. - the apar**ent was poorly maintained. The bathroom door could not close at all and a chair needed to be propped against the door to ensure it stay closed. The bedroom door was the same. Suspect the high humidity in the apar**ent (and poor maintenance) had caused ⁸the doors to be "bloated" which made the doors bigger than the door frame. - only 1 access card was given for family and lift access can only be done by card. It meant that a group of friends staying together would have to coordinate to go in and out of the apar**ent together all the time.

車到達的位置是酒店門口， 進去查詢後原來不是正確地方， 需要到附近門口進入， 自行到郵箱取房卡。 沒有留意的是， 套房是沒有衛生用品。房間環境與訂房介紹相約， 整體仍是滿意。
