A warm reception, comfortable clean room with air conditioning. The service at dinner was exemplary. Very friendly and helpful and extremely efficient. We had a delicious meal and have to say after several disappointing meals on our trip this year, this was the best so far

Thérèse was very helpful even recommending restaurants and villages to visit. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon overlooking the beautiful countryside. We had a very good dinner at the hotel the first night. it was very chilly and the restaurant offered us blankets.

We stayed for 3 days in April and had a wonderful time. The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were VERY nice, helpful and made us feel so welcome and at ease. Le Joucas definetly has a good atmosphere! The dinner from the cozy in-house restaurant was absolutely amazing. At the time of this review; two months after our stay, my partner still dreams of their asparagus velouteé.

We were staying here to bike in the area. It was wonderful returning here each night. Inspired: The staff was excellent! Food: Great breakfast! 9 of us booked dinner here, beautiful location, lovely staff and very good food. Three of our party were vegetarians and were catered for very well. We all especially loved our desserts. Good value for money too. (I’d made earlier direct enquiries by email and received a very prompt and helpful reply.)

The Luberon hill town of Joucas is quiet, sleepy, and not touristy. This hotel, in the midst of a renovation, has spectacular views and will provide great spaces for experiencing Provence at its peaceful, beautiful best. The management and staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating, and they are working hard to bring the hotel's amenities up to new standards. Our early-in-the-season visit was memorable in only good ways, and we hope to return someday to see how they are doing once the work is completed.

Avis Objectif : Cadre magnifique. Personnel sympa. Accueil/Serveur/Patrons et Patrone Belle piscine avec une vue très belle sur champs de vigne. Repas midi : Salade diététique peu copieuse par contre proposée par l'établissement. Ptit déjeuner très bon. Repas du soir sur terrasse dans autre cadre à l'arrière de l'hôtel est une nouveauté et une très bonne initiative. Serveur et chef cuisinier au top. Chambre : c'est là le hic.. Bruyant hélas. Aucune isolation. On entend tout. Bruit dans couloir, chasse d'eau, bruit de porte. Bruit wmc bruyante. Réveillé dans la nuit puis 7h15 du matin. Eau sous la douche qui passe du chaud à froid sans raison et plafond vieillissant autrement bonne literie et propre. Je dirais donc pour conclure. Tout est top sauf l'isolation des chambres et ptit rafraîchissement plafond dans sdb nécessaire.

Nous avons passé un super séjour L'hotel est parfait Nous avons été accueilli formidablement par tout le monde... L'emplacement est top Un parking (gratuit) devant l'hotel Bar et restaurant sur place Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Lubéron Seul petite remarque, nous avions réservé deux chambres. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant le séjour (3 nuits) dans l'une des 2 chambres... Je pense qu'un geste commercial aurait été la moindre des choses (offrir une bouteille de vin ou un apéritif par exemple). Mais je recommande vivement cet établissement
