2nd floor smelled like ****, shower head had black mold, restroom floor had a indent on the ground

Lights on property didn’t work. Says room has microwave but does not. TV did not have HDMI cable in order to watch TV. Asked front desk lady and she just smiled and said sorry there was nothing she could do.
Never staying here again.

Did not get the room I booked. AC doesn’t keep up. Sink faucet was broken.

Not clean at all. Rooms weren’t cleaned dust and dirt on the floor and the loony and carpets filthy

Terrible experience.
I was placed on the ground floor due to having too many bags. As a result, I ended up not being able to sleep at all due to the constant banging and noise coming from the upstair rooms. The front desk didn't do anything to stop it.
The bed was ridiculously hard. And the bathtub had balls of hair stuck on the sides of the shower. That was utterly nasty.
This may not be a luxury hotel, but it should by all means be clean and care about their guests enough to manage the noise.
