It was great time and honesty the the service is great plus let's not talk about the 11 floor is great place to be after the long day and over stayed in de room then from that u get the best quality time, omg Camila is a great person I have ever meet, I have move alot of places in de world and I find her the best person to serve me in quality and professional ways.

The very calm environment that was felt all over made my stay with my friends make us feel at home and above all the customer care was a👌 that was actually offered by miss Martha Erinah , so we really appreciated and hope you will keep with the spirit of serving people

Aduk Margeret has been serving me for the last two years. She always carries with her a huge smile. I am amazed by her Customer Service skills and her knowledge of her job. I recommend her 100% for any growth in her field. Additionally, Ambient is 100%

It was nice being in this hotel and I enjoyed there food experience on Sunday brunch was the most enjoyable thing I ever had in life time the workers was nice people especially kadija yapeta with her beautiful smile she is so kind and lovely person

The 11 heaven bar is ultimate 😍 fancy and a place with reluctant a**osphere Shout out to Aduk, for the great 👍 services always...shisha is on point 👉 I can't talk much ,relatively the best in town,don't hesitate to visit this place always 😀

The pillows are the fluffiest have ever felt....loved the blend of top notch amenities like the well equipped gym, spa and the restaurant.... Pyramid is the best hotel in Juba I give it all the stars... I highly recommend Pyramid it's a nice place especially for us the travellers since it's near the Airport ✨✨✨✨✨

I had the very best experience at eleven heavens sky bar where every thing was a top notch, and actually loved the way Martha Provided her standard services to me indeed my money was worth it .I will actually visit more other times ......Thanks
