Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach-Oceanview

We enjoy staying here. It's close to family, and the beds are extremely clean and comfy with great bedding. Easy walk to the beach. The included breakfast is very convenient with varied good options. Staff is very kind in general. Location of the room was great this time, with balcony. Here is what went wrong this visit: tv & remote control/ tv was not working. We let it go because we prefer not to have teams/repair crew in our room during our 2 day stay, but we left a note notifying them when we left so they could fix for next guest. Bathrooms are not great, in our experience the shower& tubs need to be overhauled, ours didnt drain well and there was a bad smell in the shower curtain that made the bathroom smell icky. A simple curtain change would be great. Our biggest frustration was that the provided wifi Access code they gave us didnt work. Wifi stuff is easy for me, this code was simply not working. I called the front desk to ask for help and she said "sorry thats the only code we have". Shebsaid that seversl times instead of finding someone with an answer, so we spent our two days without wifi. Annoying, but we dealt with it, the response was just so unhelpful that I was taken aback. Overall, if you are visiting the area and need a quiet safe place to stay within an easy walk to the beach, that includes a breakfast, with a cozy bed, stay here. We have only ever encountered the 1 rude staff member in our stays. Everyone else has been just lovely.

Older facility but well maintained. Short walk to the beach. Nice breakfast layout.

The new renovations are fantastic and their Breakfast being included is convenient and delicious.

At check-in, no one bothered to tell us that housekeeping was not done on a daily basis. The bathroom door would not stay completely closed.

Many problems in the newly renovated room. Noisy refrigerator, doors on patio were not working (in both rooms). Fitness machines were all out of order (treadmill and sky machine).

My husband and I love this hotel, great breakfast, easy parking, great room; however, my only complain is on the bathroom: low shower water pressure, toilet not working properly.

The staff here was so good! When we arrived, Jacob was at the desk and was SO helpful and kind! The property was clean and beautiful. The pool was also clean and well kept. The room had a balcony that looked over the pool. Breakfast was great both days. We would stay again!
