Reception were friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast and the view is excellent. Budget friendly and the rooms are clean.

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming.
The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice.
Towels are provided at the pool.
Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool.
It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day.
They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday.
Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for.
The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean.
Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets.
I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel.
I can’t wait to go back in January.

房間太小了,吹風機啥的都沒，標的是四星其實就是個快捷酒店。真心覺得很一般-而且一晚上停了三次電體驗很糟糕

房間有小陽台可以直接看到尼羅河，衞生的話肯定比不了其他的酒店，不過還能接受

沒想像中好，但與價格相符，可是千萬別訂面向金字塔方向，房間小，臨街，關鍵是那窗户的質量簡直了，是咱們八十年代水平，裝了和沒裝一樣，噪音，灰塵，唉，一言難盡啊，開羅比我們八十年代的農村還差，我一下飛機就想離開。

Everything is good and the hotel is worth to stay. The breakfast is nice with various choices of food and the staffs are extremely nice to assist us if we are in need

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La vue sur les pyramides est inpressionnante ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel ! Chambre d'une propreté parfaite, fidèle aux photos. Emplacement parfait pour visiter le Caire. Le petit déjeuner et dîner excellent ! Un petit plus pour la chicha très apprécié 😉
On recommande à 100%.

ハンサムガイで親切なフロントスタッフでした！部屋はリニューアルされておりめちゃくちゃ綺麗でした！

For the price the room itself was ok and more or less clean. Can‘t say that about other parts of the hotel. The elevator had such a strong bad smell I nearly vomited. And taking the stairs wasn’t an option as they were under construction, as nearly anything else in this hotel. It was noisy and loud all the time. We didn’t get any water or towels, and when we asked they forgot about it and we had to wait another day. The woman at the reception didn’t seem that polite or eager to help.
Better go for another hotel, trust me.
