The Gal at the Front Desk, I believe it was Josephine....was FANTASTIC!!! She was personable and knowledgeable and made check in pleasant and efficient. We've been staying at this hotel over the last 7 years and have always had the same experience.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Kids loved the pool and it’s open till midnight.
Excellent pizza across the street and walkable to Target. Would be my first choice to stay again on our next visit to Kalispell.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it has always been great. Prices are a bit high and I hope they will look at that.

We stayed for Christmas and it was excellent. The breakfast is excellent, stores are very close, hot tub and pool is awesome and the staff were very friendly. Overall very nice hotel for vacation.

Wow, what a lovely hotel! Big, beautiful (and CLEAN!) rooms for a great price! Staff was super friendly, and check in was a breeze! Would definitely stay again!

Was easy to find .. Room was great as well as bed. I felt the pillows were difficult to sleep on deflated quickly and felt like not much materials in them. Other the pillows was great place to stay.

Amazing staff at this hotel as usual. The breakfast is always so good and there is a lot of it every breakfast. This hotel is located within easy reach of shopping at many places.

Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good and served by helpful staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. I appreciated having an exercise facility and pool. I am also grateful that the facility welcomes pets. We will be back.
