We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Filipsborg. Our host Orjan organised a complete package of activities, without us having to lift a finger, that included an ice breaker cruise, feeding the reindeer, a husky sled safari and a skidoo safari. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the Swedish Christmas smorgasbord was varied, generous and worthy of a 5 star restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Easy to book and pay, either online as we did only the day before arrival or self check in using a link from a qr code prominently displayed at the way in to the camping. We rang Orjan on arrival and he immediately emailed all the information we needed. He called to see us later to check everything was ok. We could choose our pitch and recommend those on the river where the view across the still frozen lake was spectacular. Only a few minutes from the main road but incredibly quiet and peaceful. The only sound was the curlews who live around the lake. As advised the wifi signal is weak on the pitches by the lake but our 4g worked fine. The facility room was spotless and seemed quite new with a washing up area, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a shower/sink/toilet cubicle. Fresh water was available from a tap by the door into the facility room. Grey water and toilet emptying were simple to use and a container of clean water provided for washing down. We left feeling thoroughly refreshed and would love to return.

Cruise on snow mobile over the Kalix river. Perfect day around islands of the bay. Nice guide. Bonne ballade dans la région de Kalix à travers les îles de la baie de Botnie. Lés ski doo sont de bonne facture. Ne pas hésiter à passer du mode eco en mode boost…

Luogo incantato dove svolgere attività interessanti dalle gite in motoslitta sul mare ghiacciato e nei boschi di conifere e betulle, a piacevoli giri con le ciaspole, a immersioni nell'artico. Gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità sempre. Ottima cucina. Ambienti da favola. Ottime attrezzature

Echt een aanrader! Goed hotel met mooie kamers en uitstekend eten. De eigenaren doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. De activiteiten zijn heel goed georganiseerd en de begeleiders vertellen veel over het land en zijn geschiedenis. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van deze reis.
