second time staying at this hotel, convenient location next to trans canada highway 1. across from Macdonald and supermarket. hotel is clean.

覺得環境還是可以，服務都不太差，而且附近還有很多商店，樓下還有快餐店，出入都方便，房間都大，價錢合理

It would be nice to have a car charger available. I found the room very hot and the fan was too loud to keep on. I love the kitchen items, especially the kettle so my tea doesn’t taste like coffee although there were no tea bags.

This was our first time at an Accent Inn. It was pretty good. In pluses, the room was a good size, clean, and had a kitchenette. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an outdoor pool; it was closed for the winter, but is probably nice in summer.
In minuses, the hotel is set up like a motel -- room access is from the outside. Personally, I prefer inside access for greater security and to get out of the cold more quickly. Our room was on the highway side of the hotel and was a bit noisy.
The location also has both good and bad points. It's pretty close to the E-Bus Depot in Sahali Mall, if you need the bus, and there are various stores and restaurants close by. However, they are mainly chain or big box-type businesses. It is not a charming area; it's at the convergence of several large and busy streets.
In short, a decent hotel if you need that area. But I would ask for a room on the non-highway side.

I love the Accent Inn and stay at the kamloops location fairly frequently. However my only issue was that the front desk would not answer my calls and I gave up and walked down to the desk only to discover that she was on the phone which she quickly put on hold when I walked in. I got the impression that she was on a personal call because why couldn't she put it on hold for the calls that I had made to the front desk. I apologize if I was mistaken but it left a very bad impression in my mouth. She continued with the call when I was walking out. Other than that I absolutely love this hotel.

Very comfortable clean and quiet food nearby actually right there parking lot has security cameras and security guard through night walks around also bright lot lights very happy with this location

Everyone is very friendly and happy to help however room cleaning was not thorough. Restocking of coffee supplies or fresh towels just didn’t happen.

Room cleanliness was our biggest issue. We found our puppy chewing on a small screw he found somewhere in the room and also found a twist tie on the floor that was left behind. It was also quite noisy with neighbours coming home late and spending time outside their rooms talking loudly. This happened throughout the night.
