Hospitality Inn

I have noticed that the propert and hotel staff are very enthusiastic about guests bringing their pets! The family unit is kept together.

Main street signage hasn’t illuminated for years making it difficult to find. Front desk unfriendly as if my business was an imposition. Room was cold no carpet and drapes did not cover the sliding windows. One wing of the complex is shuttered as if fire damaged Sketchy people hanging around doors.

Well the check in was very simple and efficient front seat staff was very friendly once I arrived at the room I noticed it was not as clean as some of the hotels I have stayed in but the bedding was clean so I did not have much to say. Heating the room was nearly impossible for the baseboard heaters so we were cold all night. The first time I went to the washroom i noticed the plumbing to the toilet was leaking. Once flushed the leak became heavy. And the toilet began to fill and over flow. Called the front desk expecting to get moved to a different room however I was created with a hello and I informed the staff member of the isssue. She then told me that maintenance knew about the issue and was working on a. Different room. The issue did not get rectified room was not moved this hotel needs to just be retired if no one is gojg. To put it back into spec. I have stayed here before and know there are better room and one room beside the lobby is particularly my favourite as the sliding door goes right to the pool and the room was renovated properly. As would stay in that room again but not the room I just stayed in I should have just stayed in my car.

When you book to stay here, you do so without expectation of services above and beyond basic room provisions! This place is great for the rates they charge, privacy is expected here where guests go about their business without too much interference. Hospitality is afforded here at the hospitality inn

I wouldn’t say it was dirty per-say. It was old, it had a smell, there was someone trying to walk into our room. Good thing I locked the door, and a lady yelling around, can’t do much complaining to the front desk tho, they were barely there, they aren’t there at night time, no phone to the front desk. Just overalll felt dirty because of the old smell, how old things were in the entire room. I had to use a bottle of febreeze to get thru the night. Just pay the extra money for a good room lmao. I’ll never try save $ again

Reserved a double queen room, checked in and opened my room and there was only one bed, it was not made and the room smelled like smoke, obviously that was the wrong room. Went back and got a new room, door key was hard to use and room was so dirty but I was tired from a long drive, so I wiped what I could with sanitizing wipes and slept. I itched all night thinking of what could be in the room. I packed up and left immediately in the morning and rented at the days inn.

This place serves it purpose as a low cost provider! No bells and whistles expected or provided

This place was awful, lets start with the horrid customer service! They were rude and unhelpful. I had the desk clerk who said she was the manager hangup on me twice when i called because i had forgotten my watch. She said no they wouldnt even look for and that i could come back to look or she would keep it. Then everytime i went to the desk ( for check in or ask for more towels becasue there was only one in the room ) no one was there and i had to call them in the phonr and they were just in the back. To top it off the rooms were dirty. The bathtub had black stuff on it and the floors had grim all over them. At one point i had dropped something and when i looked under the bed to grab it thwre was garbage under the bed. Like alot of garabge and looked like it had not been vaccumed ever.

Every night someone was yelling or try to kick a door open or pounding and kicking someones door open everynight since weve been here. And someones always fighting so its hard to sleep.
