Lack basic amenities. No power backup. So if there s power cut, your entire stay will be spoiled, as it happened to me. I called the caretaker so many times, even knocked on his door, but no response. I booked 2 nights, but left after the 1st night. Thre are lots of affordable better places in guwahati. And thers no view, as construction is going on riverside, its noisy & dusty.

The property is located in a very calm & upscale area, and right next to the mighty brahmaputra, offering some scenic views. The room was quite comfortable for a night’s stay. We had no problem whatsoever and even though we had to step out for a function in evening and reach back late at night. Manoj is a great host. The property is at an excellent locality, just nearby the mighty brahmaputra! the landlord and the caretaker pobitro da give their best effort for a comfortable stay ! i recommend it highly!

The property is located in a prime location accessible by all kinds of commuters. The rooms are spacious, and hygienic. The host (I guess Manoj) is a very jolly, and helpful person who is working tirelessly to improve the quality of stay in the guest house. AC, Fan, , Blankets, Towels, Soaps etc were provided. The room also had an attached balcony which was a plus. For food, breakfast options are available alongwith tea, coffee. All the leading online food partners deliver to the location. Overall the stay was comfortable and affordable. Couldn't experience the night life due to some overlapping plans.

Very pleasant experience, Position of the hotel is very good , very airy, ambience is wonderful, person managing it Mr Manoj is wonderful and always happy to help type. Room size was very spacious, wash room was neat and clean. Loved my stay in this property. Only need is to have in house dining arrangements to give excellent remarks. Other wise it's a very good experience and a very high remarks from my side.👍👍👍

The property is a flat. You will not find any staff at reception. You have to call each time for any help. The behaviour of the manager is very rude. Rooms are not well mentioned. Price of the food is very high compare to the outside hotel. Not a good hotel at such high price. The location is about 1. 5 km from railway station.
