Too nosy , if you like to be quite , it’s not the best place to stay.

Only one thing in fitness pool area there needs to be a phone in case of emergency.
If your by yourself it could be safer

Great experience. Most of the time there was not many towels in the pool area. Children were leaving the pool area with no towel due to the lack of towels available. Overall great experience and staff were lovely to speak to and very accommodating.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and very attentive. Even the cleaning staff were friendly an personable.
Our room was very spacious and clean and I will definitely staff here again.

I was disappointed in the front counter staff after I told them there was a mess in the elevator and they sent no one to clean it up. After 30 minutes it was still there and I found the janitor. The mess was chocolate mousse or something on the carpet. Looked disgusting but maybe it wasn't. The janitor was very appreciative.

Front desk was great, I think his name was Paul. Wonderfully friendly and very helpful.
Not so pleased with the parent hockey party in the hallway, but I'm hopeful they go to bed soon.

We asked three separate times to have our room on a different floor (even prior to arriving). No one addressed our concerns or came up with a solution.
Two nights of loud partying next door and sleepless nights despite our efforts to talk to management and security

We were put on a floor with an entire youth hockey team and their drunk parents. They were noisy, played football in the hallway, raced the desk chair up and down the hallway. I had to go down to the front desk twice as the phone kept giving a busy signal.

Our stay went very well. The staff were great. The pool room was nice and warm. The room was nicey renovated. The tv. Glitched a bit but, i made no attempt to call to have it fixed.
