Very poor services inside resort. Even for a water bottle I waited 1hour & got it after 3 reminders to Room service. In restaurant, the serving executives were not organized well. Got tired on reminding everything we ordered. I need to tell 3 fellows everytime to get my orders. Above all , the food cost soooo expensive. For one onion pakoda plate ( normal quantity) and 3 tea , they charge Rs.873 Inc. Tax. It was not a good Stay and comfortable stay due to above issues. There are other resorts who served better for lesser than this tariff. One plus point just here is , it has its own private beach but infact even those area was not cleaned enough.

Sujatha was an amazing host and the crab dish was michelin class. This is one of the rarest place that gives you the peace of the beach and taste of authentic, fresh seafood. I have been coming here since 15 years and it never fails to satisfy. It only keeps getting better.

At Mgm beach resort we had a great time , captain Sujatha was awesome. She really took great care of us. Everyone at the resort were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The location ,***u, bar food service everything was great. Very will come back soon.

I have booked a day out package which includes resort, lunch and then vip tickets for mgm dizzee World. All went well the food served was great and Mamoni and vijay shanthi were too friendly and helpful had a great time there.

Ms Vijayshanthi host was very caring and helpful.. best place for honeymoon.. beautiful resort, happy and beautiful place.. Excellent beach view resort .. Cup of wine... beach... sea shore.. wind ..

Tumpa and Hangma service was good. The quality of the food and the location was excellent... Really a good experience with family.. The day became a memorable for us. ........... The location was exceptional in the evening times and the night staying was sooo good.

1. During check in, no Bell boys available to guide us to the room. Reception team asked us to wait and No one attended to us for solid 15 mins. Finally we have to carry out luggage and go to the room by ourselves. Not expected in a hospitality industry that too at an established and expensive resort. 2. The cottage Rooms are good, well lit and neatly maintained. 3. Food is costly, cutlery could have been maintained better, nevertheless the experience of dining by the beach side is awesome. 4. Breakfast is complimentary, becomes chaotic after 9.00 am and ***y items are not refilled and you may end looking at empty vessels or have to wait for a long time , so better time to go for breakfast is 7.30 - 8.30 am. 5. Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out is 12.00 pm. For info. 6. 2 to 3 stray Dogs are seen roaming around in the property, so need to excise caution especially when we take children. MGM should look in to this. 7. Except for the very few shortcomings the stay was a worthy one.

A great place to chill out. Wonderful food. Wonderful service especially Ms. Tumpa and Prashant, who served us great food with smiling faces!my family enjoyed the place ***** the beach and the food. The service was too good. Pls don’t miss this place!

Tumpa & Sujatha All good, pleasent A**osphere. Her patience and service well and good. Personal care and kind of service is nice. Well warming. Food also good. Nice Buffett. We enjoyed a lot. Especially desert and starters out standing. Overall 5 star's
