We enjoyed the Yoga with Soundarya Mam. She was very humble and kind. We did yoga for first time but it was the best experience. Very big Thanks to Soundary for giving us a guidance. Club mahindra experience was wonderful. Staff was good and kind. Food was okay. Happy hub activities was fun and kept us occupied. We enjoyed 12D and it was nice experience. Must visit place. We would like to visit again with family.

This is one of the best resort properties I have ever stayed in Although I must say that the last couple of miles through the coffee plantation was a bit hair-raising with the road being narrow and a sheer drop of a few hundred feet on one side. At the property we were welcomed by Mark - an immaculately attired and smartly spoken GRE, who facilitated a smooth and seamless check-in process. The cottage we stayed in was beautifully appointed in every aspect and facility. Special thanks also to chef Anirudh from the Madikeri Kitchen and Avinash from the Madkeri Outpost for their constant attention and care. This was our first experience of the Marriott Resort & Spa Coorg - it most certainly won't be the last.

Our three-day stay at Marriott Resort, Coorg, was absolutely memorable. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, we experienced a perfect blend of ambiance and warm hospitality, all thanks to the amazing team. Special thanks to Mark, Mukesh, and the entire staff, who were incredibly cooperative and attentive, making sure every detail was just right. The food was delicious, offering a delightful variety. For anyone seeking relaxation in a scenic, welcoming setting, this resort is an ideal choice.

The worst check-in experience that I have faced after staying in 500 odd hotels during my lifetime up to now. We were kept waiting for 2 hours before we were handed our room key. The excuse being " Sir, you have been upgraded, therefore it took some time."The lady did not know that the upgrade was already done at the moment when I made the reservation. The Bonvoy app showed it there and then only. The reservation manager did not bother to even meet and apologize for the same. However, the room was spacious, warm and nice. It was a large two bedroom villa with outdoor Jacuzzi. Bathroom amenities were adequate and good lightning was present. We had our nightmare at night when we could hear constant insect noises(later on we got to know there were crickets in the room and in abundance). The 1st night went thinking that its just in our thought. 2nd night we realized that there were actually some basic safety issues with the family villa no.04 as we could see the insects, reptiles, etc. in the room. After much hassle and concern they did change our room but the holiday mood had vanished and we cut our trip short. The next villa allotted to us was much much better with only presence of some mosquitoes. The property is nice and well spread. It's nature's delight and really a heaven for bird watchers. The food and drinks are awesome. Chef Tiwari and Chef Ranjith were very nice, warm and always prepared some amazing dishes for us. The service staff, Mr. Karthik ,Ms. Neha and Mr Avinash were very good at what they did. Mr. Satpal and Mr Glen are the best people I have come across behind any BAR. They served some of the best cocktails that I have had. Ms. Gana and Mr Vinod are 2 fine people at the activity center. Activity center is nice and kid friendly. Some activity is missing like bowling alley which can be added for better usp. The environment is serene and lots of space is available for calm get together. Swimming pool is nice and large. It is a must stay resort with nice food and surroundings. Do not stay in room 2 bed family villa no.04 i.e. the fourth one from the climb towards the Presidential Suite.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in Luxury Cottage. Room Type: Luxury Cottage Room Features: Bedroom plus living room plus balcony, Bathtub. Sofa cum bed Very spacious room, Luxurious bathroom Sofa cum bed - can easily accomodate 11-12 yrs child Travel: BLR - Mysore Expressway - Somvarpet.... Follow GPS --＞ Follow GPS until madikeri with marriott as destination, however choose the way via Bro's Kitchen. We followed GPS till end, and it took us to a narrow road for 1 Km. Although the road was good, it was too narrow for 2 cars to cross and we were stuck when a car came from opposite direction. Some biker group helped us in crossing each other. --＞ If you follow the way for Bro's Kitchen, route may be slightly longer but road is wide enough such that you can drive confidently. --＞Check In: Smooth check in. Staff at reception explained us about the property and facilities available. We always reach the destination early such that we can roam around the property --＞ Property - One year old property in 37 Acres. Very well maintained, surrounded by lush green and coffee plantation. beautiful landscape and rooms are built on those landscape leading to nice views and privacy. --＞ Restaurants: They have 3 restaurants however one is for buffet in packages and other 2 are more of al.a. carte orders and experience. --＞ Food: Tasty and quality food. bit spicy so you need to request special food if you are not fond of spicy food. we all like spicy food so we enjoyed thoroughly. ***Recommended Package: Breakfast + dinner package --＞ Buffet - Breakfast and Dinner - excellent spread. Also, they will cook anything you want on request. We requested mushrooms and they made delicious Anbebharta and chilly mushroom Breakfast menu is more of brunch. High tea: good variety of snacks. --＞Indoor games - Pool, TT, Carrom etc. ** Our Experience ** We celebrated our son's birthday there. Before the trip, staff asked for any special occasion and I mentioned about son's birthday and requested cake in room on the day of arrival. Team decorated the room and placed a delicious chocolate cake in our room with kids name on it. It was a beautiful surprise for him. Same night on dinner - Team reserved a dinner table for us and once we had dinner, they brought another cake and we cut the cake with hotel team. our son was super happy and jumping with joy. Team there made him feel special. --＞ Trek and Kote Abe Falls - We went for small trek near Kotte Abe falls. Naturalist - Yesudas was amazing and super knowledgeable. On the way he explained us about all the plants. We tasted naturally grown raw cardamom, pepper etc. It was a unique experience for all of us. Enjoying the landscape and nature. While returning, we spent some time in Abe falls. Its small water fall attached to the hill. neat and clean. --＞Coffee Plantation Walk - where naturalist explained us about coffee, pepper and spiders :). We saw many spiders on our way and experienced leach bites.

We had an amazing stay at Coorg Marriott! The property is stunning, with so many activities for kids to enjoy, making it perfect for families. The rooms were neat and clean, offering the perfect comfort after a day of exploring. The service was top-notch, and the food was simply delicious. We spent two days just sitting back, relaxing, and soaking in the beautiful climate—exactly what we needed. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with great hospitality, this is the place to be!
