Simply the most amazing building! Has won design awards for great architecture and rightly so! The building and communal area where you have your breakfast is an incredibly cool space. Lovely large terrace areas by both rooms and the communal area with great views of Kandy and the lake. We had a great afternoon by the pool area as well. Very friendly staff, super helpful. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. As of the political situation of Sri Lanka at the moment, we highly recommend that you ignore this and travel anyway! We travelled around for two weeks mid protests and petrol crisis and our trip was not in any way disrupted nor did we feel unsafe at any point in time. The protests are mainly near government buildings and are visited by families with kids, monks and students alike and does not target tourists who contribute so greatly to the Sri Lankan economy. Now more than ever, the Sri Lankan people needs us to visit so they can recover after the pandemic. Go and enjoy one of the most beautiful islands in the world which has so much to offer in terms of nature, culture, history, religious sites, smiley people and great food!

Emplacement et vue incroyable pour cet hôtel à Kandy, avec une petite piscine certes enclavée et qui ne paie pas de mine, mais qui nous a bien rafraîchit car les températures extérieures étaient caniculaires lors de notre passage. Au petit matin le petit déjeuner servi dans le jardin avec la vue sur le lac et les animaux autour: inoubliable !

Charmant hôtel sur les hauteurs de Kandy, avec une belle vue sur le Kandy Lake. Le responsable de l’hôtel est accueillant, souriant et à l’écoute de nos moindres besoins. Petit déjeuner selon nos envies, très aimable🙃 Nous sommes restées deux nuits dans cet hôtel, nous recommandons pour quelques jours d’arrêts à Kandy. Seule petit bémol, notre chambre était un peu humide.

On a passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé avec pleins de restaurants aux alentours mais ce qui fait la force de l'hôtel c'est sa vue sur le lac et le temple de le dent, incroyable ! Par contre, la litterie n'était pas très propre, on a du demander à les changer. La salle de bain est fort glissante une fois que l'on a prit une douche. On a rencontré 2 personnels. Le premier était très serviable et a l'heure. Le deuxième était en retard pour nous servir le petit déjeuner, ce qui nous arrangeait pas vu que l'on devait prendre le train..
