"We got the hotel address wrong; we meant to book a room in Shenyang, but we booked here instead. After realizing our mistake, we immediately applied for a refund, but it was refused. We ended up sleeping on the streets, in shops, and in karaoke bars for two nights. I don't understand why getting a refund is so difficult."

"The room is very clean, but a little small (actually I didn't expect it to be that small). The environment is good, the service is good, there is a window but it can't be opened, I hope the store can find a way to fix this"
