Polite staff, easily accessible, just 10 kms from Airport. Rooms are clean and spacious. Gift shop with himachali traditional items is awasom. Breakfast is fabulous with variety of food. Room was super cozy, have nice relaxing vide and amazing view from balcony.

It was a wonderful and memorable stay at The D'Polo Club and Resorts.. What a lovely welcome & hospitality shown by the Staff at the Hotel.. Lovely Rooms ***** with scenic view from the balcony was an icing on the cake.. Courteous Staff, Delicious Food, prompt services, overall everything was wonderful and worth praising.. And most importantly, the Head Chef of the Hotel, Chowang, who personally attended us and arranged for the kids meal too.. Must visit this Hotel without any second opinion..

Good service and good view from the room. The travel guide in the hotel is really good and very helpful. The area is always clean and the hotel is at a distance from the main city so it is very peaceful! Room service was very good. Thank you for a pleasant stay! :)

The ambience of the Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the amenities provided are good. The dining hall and as well at terrace is spacious. sports and entertainment activities are good. The overall experience is memorable. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends

They don't let you change dates or refund.Even if you modify its double rates .System is out to fleece in name of policy .Online portal is unable to help.In my case Make my trip also failed .Calls to GM realised no change in approach .terrible .

Best hospitality by D Polo staff and excellent food and service . Felt like home .We stayed here for 9 days and with my 1yr old kid the staff really took very good care of the baby food and addressed all our concerns . Even the travel arrangements done here are excellent. From check in to check out we had our greatest experience as I do travel frequently. Thanku D Polo Hotels for a unforgettable experience 🥰

Excellent location with river view. Spacious and clean rooms. Courteous staff. Delicious food . Lot of activities and in house travel desk. All these things make a perfect vacation. Good for families and stags as well. Nice roof top restaurant and bar.

I have great experience in Dpolo hotel . Great hospitality by Vishal and Ashish choudhary. Food quality is so good and Here I would like to convey my special thanks to Mr. Devanshu sharma for serving us so delicious food😊😊. The Terrace view is so peaceful and amazing 👌

D'polo is the best hotel I have visited yet. Food is so delicious 😋. The terrace experience were so awesome and special Thanks to Mr. Devanshu sharma who has a great knowledge about food and he served delicious starters and variety in Main course 🤗🤗❤️
