The rooms have all the modern amenities, are super clean, and the food is awesome. The service is also prompt. The rooftop bar is also good. Special mention - The dinner buffet. We stayed for one night. Hotel Sultan Residency is truly a gem in this budget.

I have stayed in many hotels but this one is the best. ***** with amenities the hospitality of the staff is fabulous. It never felt as if we were with strangers rather it felt like a family. I would highly recommend everyone to come here as it is really a paradise.

Nasir sir was awesome. Food is delicious . The service was top-notch. Full value for the money you pay. I would advice all the traveler visiting kashmir should stay hear because Clean room Friendly staff Good food Kashmir boutique for hand made items

Beautiful experience housekeeping and all the staff were amazing! The food also was amazing since we are from mumbai they guided us throughtout the trip from day 1 till checkout. I would highly suggest to book this stay if you travel to srinagar.

Pleasant stay at Sultan Residency Staff were very friendly and they always helped us in every query. Rooms were maintained well but space was less. Food was awesome always. Breakfast dinner all Location is also nice near Niggen lake. Shops are available nearby.

Very good hotel with friendly staff 100% recommended we love the way they talk the way they behave and the way they serve the food and they did everything it was amazing.the beds were comfortable and the mattress was good they gave wonderful advice for the trip

Hotel is really good... food is best and service is also good. We realy enjoyed here service.. Ambience.. food.. we are happy to suggest traveler to book this hotel in shrinagar.... .................................................

Great service with good hospitality and great food . Room and washroom is paush . Well air-conditioned Rooms with good dining service . Naseer.captain have given good service and feedback. Location is also pretty good . The Rooms are spaces.

Excellent property. Staffs are very much cordial and supportive. The restaurant BIZZA, ambience is really nice. The food also very delicious and reasonably priced. Special mention to Naseer and other staffs at restaurant who helped in making customized food also.
