Excellent. Hotel was in a great location, clean, staff was helpful and courteous. Room was spacious with balcony, which was very nice. Breakfast spread was also very nice (selection and amount). We were really impressed with the value of the stay here. We did opt to pay extra for the included dinner, which was well worth it. I would rate the dinner 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
This is a 160 year old hotel, so expect things to be dated. However the keep it in good shape so that adds to the charm. You will not be disappointed here. I only wish the shower was a bit bigger…other than that, I thought it was great!

Beautiful Room, big beds, very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is located very central, and we had a nice view over the city. The breakfast was very delightful and had a big variety. The room was tidy and warm.

Excellent second-time stay and there will be more. Great friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Parking on site or they’ll park your car. Very helpful. Right in the center of things. Good recommendations on where to eat.

The hotel is in the great location. Walking distance to all of the attraction point. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially the staff at the reception. I can feel the hospitality and I appreciate their help. In general, a great place to stay when visiting Karlvovy Vary.

Great location, super friendly staff, very clean hotel. We had detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel by car and the hotel gave us a ride to and from the car park. Breakfast was fantastic. We even had dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing. Nothing but great things to say about our experience.

We are supposed to stay at a different hotel. But could not passed up this place. We are happy we stayed in this hotel. Good service, clean & quality place, very reasonable price, and the food in their restaurant is great. Its free breakfast as well.

Really nice hotel located in the centre, we had a spacious room with balcony with a wonderful view, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was extraordinary. We booked a parking for our car which was nearby for a reasonable price. Also we had booked a massage in advance - very good. Tickets for Saunia Thermal Resort can be obtained at the reception. We enjoyed our stay!
