I have stayed at the Residency K***r a number of times recently on business - on every occasion I have been very happy with my stay. The menu offers a good variety of both local and international options, all of which I have enjoyed. The thing that stands out for me is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who are always on-hand to help. Amongst other things, I made a special request for an additional sports channel to be added so I could keep up with games I was missing back home and they were only too happy to oblige, with a quick turnaround at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area for either business or pleasure.

Excellent break fast and clean and elegant rooms. Shall be recommending to friends and family Location is very good and courteous staff economical for the cost spent and location convenient The food spread is healthy and clean and qualitative

This was my favorite hotel in India and made my trip better. They cleaned the room every day. Nandhakumar was very kind, and the cleaning was careful. There were no bugs because of excellent pest control. The bed was soft, and I slept well. Even when it was 37 degrees outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The WiFi was good enough to watch videos without stopping. There's a restaurant on the first floor with Indian, Western, and Thai food. It was nice to have other food options. You can also eat the same meals through room service. Overall, this hotel made my stay comfortable and helped me rest and get my energy back.

Execellent Air conditioner .Room was neat and clean . Room booking was very easy and get the confirmation through sms .Reception Hospitality was good .Have to change bathrroom fittings ( bit old), Still it was neat and clean .Nice place to stay.

Room was clean and wel maintained. Helpful staffs. Check in and checkout was smooth. Good food at restaurant. Room Service was prompt. Comfortable bed and pillows. Luckky to get upgraded room. Room tariff is bit high for the size of the city.

Best ever hotel stayed in K***r. Nice hospitality, excellent service.. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious... Nice House keeping.. Bed and linen are comfortable. Ambience of the rooms super. Parking facilities are excellent

Hotel, need to work on amenities and room supply. Pillows are too stiff , Towel are too harsh or full of lint and Iron is broken . Gym is very small. Food is quality is greatly improved Cleaniness is greatly improved. Staff reponse time is good.

Hotel is good in all respect to get a comfort stay, however the rent and restaurant charges are high comparatively. Good housekeeping and room service. Nandakumar providing good room service and satisfying the customer to stay in clean room.

Excellent Staff , food, overall experience.....it's mine 3rd stay with them. In middle of the City. ***y restaurants shops near by. Rooms were clean and good. Good options in breakfast south north and continental.
