Hotel Excelsior

房間很乾凈，三張單人床，雖然衹有沐浴露（無洗髮水、無拖鞋、無熱水壺、有電吹風），離火車站（Kassel Hbf）超級近，前台很友善，check in絲滑，出示護照就可以了。早上沒有預訂早餐的話，7:15-9:00 AM在大堂會有免費咖啡和茶，我喝了兩杯，不難喝。附近有REWE超市（裏面可以歸還塑料瓶，也有現烤麪包），稍微走遠一點有一家叫什麼Kebab的飯店，開到很晚，性價比超高，半衹烤雞加salad、米飯或薯條才7歐！

I stayed for three nights. Rooms are cleaned only every 2 days, each additional cleaning costs 5€. Unfortunately the rooms are quite dirty (see photos). I reported the dirty shower to the front desk on day 1, but it still was dirty after "cleaning" on day 3. The floor was also still dirty. You only get one little bottle of shower gel, no refills. The rooms look a bit shabby with pictures slipped halfway from the mat in their picture frame, and the dirt of course. WiFi is free but a completely unsecured network and unsurprisingly too slow to really use anyway. Front desk staff is friendly but full of excuses: It's hard to find cleaning staff, guests just take the shampoo and shower gel bottles home, everything has gotten so expensive, etc. - that shouldn't be the problem of a guest who's still paying full price for a room. The hotel is very close to the train station, which I found convenient, but the area isn't the nicest. Breakfast is decent enough. Would not stay here again.
