Just returned from Crete where we had a good week there. Hotel is spotless and staff really welcoming.All of the people there work really hard to keep yiu happy.Illias the chef is a character .Special mentions to Ivan who must be the most stylish hotel worker you will ever find and is great fun,Benny who seemed to be working the bar most of the hours it is open,Irene one of the waitresses who is a really nice smiley girl. Good choice of food. Don't join the mad rush to buffet when it opens,wait half hour and you will not queue,trust me the food is not going to run out.Dine at 8 pm and dining room nearly empty.Good value for money.Managers constantly walking around looking after things

We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic value, exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were blessed with 2 Balconies. Really enjoyed the food and will definitely go back. The Beach was just over the road and plenty of poolside space.as well not far to walk to see all the lovely shops. Loved it.

A lovely hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is directly across the road from the private beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean and kept that way. The hotel engenders a family a**osphere. The food was good and varied. Ilias the chef was a star. All in all it was hard to find fault

Rooms quality are poor, kitchen quality is poor- the food choice is small, kutlery not best cleaned, however the food taste is good, no food choice between the meal times with all inclusive apart from the same type of cake and one more snack in very limited qantity every day. I would give it a weak 3*. Swimming pool really cold. I gie it 3* only because the people in the hotel, receptionist and manager really nice and helpful.

Lovely friendly complex. Staff could not be more accommodating. Rooms a good size and lots of choice of fresh foods, including local dishes and English. Pool is fresh water, and access to a private beach. The staff really make you feel welcome and nothing is too much bother. Had a lovely relaxing stay. They even brought a cake out for my daughter on her birthday.

We have had the most amazing holiday here, the staff are beyond amazing and so is this beautiful hotel We had the pleasure of seeing Stella perform and had the most fun with her, definitely will be coming back The food is lovely and everyone is so lovely and fun The views are stunning A true Greek experience

Staff were extremely friendly! Illias was amazing, as were the waiter and the waiters were incredible. Room was lovely as well. Made new friends too and Stella the singer was amazing! Got everyone involved. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go.

Hotel was not finished in 9 days I nights entertainment no vodka or gin in all inclusive only 1 lift in hotel which only went to 1st floor beware if not able bodied 3 stories high. No water in room and was charged for named soft drinks. View from room was like a building site.beach (private) was not ready for use still working on it.

Such a nice hotel with great staff, especially Chef Ilias! Location is amazing you simply cross the road and you are in the crystal clear sea. The pool is nice and quiet and very refreshing. They serve freshly handmade pizza every day which is some of the best I've ever had along with the food served throughout the day. Barstaff and waiters are awsome too, made good freinds with them over the week stay and couldn't have asked for much better!
