Location very nice
Very hygienic and clean
The staff very Co-operative
specially the Calcutta girl on the front desk ANUSHMYA or something like that was such a kind , humble and versatile person she helped me so much in guiding
Foreigners who don't have pay ** or Google pay Pls take enough cash , no usd can change also

Excellent Hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms are very clean and nice.
Air con, shower pressure, all was great.

Shahi kheer was amazing and it was very delicious.., the food was very yummy and staff was very supportive and cooperative…. Whenever we needed there help, they helped us so nicely… Bandhu and shashi did great work The khadai panner by chef Vijay was best meal

It was an excellent experience. Food is per each age group. Staff is very nice specially Bandhu and Shashi. They are very soft spoken and always ready to serve you in best possible way. Kids enjoyed being here. ***y different types of deserts and salads were there. I completely loved it.

The hotel is located at a convenient location . This was our first visit to Katra , they have shared information about the complete yatra details. F&B team is very professional and friendly, shared good suggestions. Food is also very tasty and the restaurant is hygienic.

Very neat and Clean hotel with excellent facilities. ***isha from the front desk was very accommodating to get us our rooms early. We had a lovely dinner at their fabulous restaurant “Ameya”. Our hosts Kajal, Bandhu and Shashi were great and took very good care of us. The dinner buffet had a lot of variety and was excellent. This was a perfect stay for our blissful trip to the Vaishnodevi mata temple.

Our overall experience was very good. The property is centrally placed giving access to Maa Vaishno Devi hike starting point, for which the hotel provided us with a shuttle. Given this experience, I would be inclined to revisit this facility in future.

Very nice hospitality by Anita Rajput and Bandu and the taste of the food was very good.. Specially, the taste of the ***churian was awesome.. Chef Vijay Kumar has done tremendous job.. Even the lemom lime soda tastes soo good, it gavr us freshness and mind got relaxed

Really nice food and awesome customer service. The staff is very friendly and patient. Thank you Anita and Bandu for your hospitality. You both are doing a lovely job. Very hygienic and delicious food. Mr Vijay Kumar and Mr Karan - the chefs are very polite and make magical food
