Property is amazing with great People and services...... Staff is well versed trained and helpful.... Good ambiance and ample lobby space....... Rooms was also neat and clean..... Wi-fi speed is excellent as our SIM was not working in JK and we did our work on wifi only.... Food was amazing in taste...

Good hotel with excellent staff and services. Hotel is near by the market and just 1 km from Katra Railway station, Taxi are also easily available. A warm welcome by Reception Staff Ms. Priyanka and Ravi ji............ Rooms were near and clean as spacious too......... Awesome food and prompt services

Rajesh Chef was really brilliant in all the dishes, he is a superb cook plus the ambience and staff were really friendly and helpful. Going to visit it again next time soon and stay in the same hotel, it also has a spa in it which gives awesome massage

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic in-house restaurant offering a wide range of options. The buffet breakfast was a standout, with so many tasty choices to start the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. We also loved the beautiful view of the Vaishno Devi peak from our room – it truly added to the experience. All the hotel staff were courteous, well-behaved, and went above and beyond to help with transport, including a convenient pick-and-drop facility to Banganga. The service was prompt and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay with family!

location is very perfect just near to market , very good service , all staff right from security to receiption to housekeeping to in room dining all are very polite and cooperative, food is just awesome , rooms are also clean and hygiene is maintained properly, cabs are good over all service are fully satisfactory which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant thanks team fern residency katra

Prakash was a very good massaeau . His hands helped me relieve my leg cramps. It was super relaxong and refreshing. I seriosuly felt rejuvenated by the foot massag taken at your Mantra spa. Would definitely recommend this foot refloxology to others
