1. TV remote did not turn the TV on or off. Tried changing it out 3 times and never did get one that worked. I was told that they were full and didn't have time to deal with it.
2. Vinyl was peeling off the desk chair; certainly did not want to sit in it.
3. Young man at check-in was dressed more like he belonged in the maintenance section. Spent too much time on his phone with ear buds in.
4. BUT, the mattress was comfortable.

When we got to our room there was no soap of any kind so we had to track some down. Just an unnecessary aggravation after a long day on the road. The breakfast was not up to the standards of the Country Inn and Suites that I’ve stayed at. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable.

Desk chair decomposing. Incomplete coffee supplies. Toilet paper holder loose, roll would fall off when used.

Reserved room for family members. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good.

The curtains in room were torn off to where they couldn’t be shut all the way. My room was facing the front of hotel where there are a lot of lights. The pillows were all super flat as well. Woke up with neck pain

The hotel is very nice
There are people that seem to live in the parking lot in there cars . Kinda brings the place down

Average hotel stay. Mattress was comfortable.There were some items that needed replacing/repairing in different partd of the hotel. Appreciated the mini refrig and microwave. Towels were very thin to be at a hotel. AC worked well. Pool is very small. Close to stores, mall, restaurants, and water park.
