Seaside Resorts

I booked this as a last-minute getaway for some much needed sunshine. Usually, I stay in the North but wanted to see what the south of the island was like. Our room was on the ground floor with a refurbished bathroom. Air con and safe included, which was a huge bonus. Having a small beach a few footsteps away was another plus point. The sea was clear once over the jetty, not many fish for snorkelling but lovely. The pool area had good sunbeds, no wars to get one, and the food on offer was good at reasonable prices. It was a good 15/20 walk into Kavos, and if there were more restaurants nearer, then it would be better. There was a mix of ages staying and next door also have a good restaurant. The cleaner was up at the crack of dawn, and the place was spotless. There are a lot of derelict bulidings around, and it's sad to see, but these apartments I felt were great value and peaceful, so I would return. I would recommend to couples.

We changed at the last minute to this hotel and we weren't disappointed. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, staff were really welcoming and opened the kitchen for us. Rooms are lovely, cleaned every day. It's about a 10 min walk into kavos, so we were away from the noise, which was lovely. Very happy with our stay.

I stayed at Seaside Resorts for a total of 5 nights and 6 days, the resort more than met my expectations. I was worried because of the reputation surrounding Kavos, but was happily met with friendly & helpful staff and a room that was better than I thought it would be. We changed last minute to this resort and it was definitely the right decision. I stayed in a 2 single-bed room with my younger sister, it came equipped with a fridge-freezer, sink, dishes & cutlery, storage, vanity and all bathroom facilities. We were on the ground floor, perfectly in-between the pool/bar and the sea itself. The staff were happy to accommodate for my needs through the duration of my stay, and suggested good places to visit during my holiday. However, the air-conditioning in the room was very weak and there were a lot of ants in the sink so we did not use those facilities, but the bar catered to this issue so it wasn't a major issue. Moreover, I think the resort catered very well to families but I would not personally recommend bringing young children to Kavos in general.

The best apartments to stay in Kavos. Apartment spotless clean lovely pool and nice private beach. Have a lovely bar food menu great price the atmosphere around the complex is so friendly and for the staff most friendly loven and caring staff everyone of them couldn’t do enough for us. We can’t wait to go back next year.

What a lovely hotel reviews are wrong! Me and my 3 friends came to kavos for a party week and it did not disappoint especially the hotel which we had low expectations for was just perfect and exactly what we needed. We were greeted with excellent communication by emails and text messages saying that we could check in whenever we wanted to. Our room were lovely, we were on the top floor of block b, which had a slight sea view. The room was big and had two beds with a ensuite bathroom, bathroom was small but it was practical, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN!! Little kitchenette has everything we needed with pots, pans and a stove, however the pool bar did lovely cheap food that I would 100% recommend. The most perfect thing about this hotel is the sea and how close you are to it. Even though there isn’t really a beach the sea is Crystal clear after you get out of the sea **** patch which is around 4 meters long, they even have multiple steps that eases you into the water nicely. Location wise It was fine, around a 20 min walk from the centre of kavos but only 15min from the edge. Also there is a perfect shop which has everything you need opposite the hotel.Kavos is a great lively clubbing resort ideal for young people, we enjoyed it very much. The room was cleaned everyday and clothes were folded which was a nice touch when you leave the room extremely messy! I would recommend doing a boat trip. We did the one to anit-paxos and paxos which was amazing hotel helped with booking it for us. Also recommend getting the public bus to Corfu old town, you can pick it up outside the hotel. Staff are all lovely and care for you, we had free shots with the bar tender one night and had long chats to the lunch bartender about kavos and he was giving us recommendations which was extremely helpful. OVERALL this hotel is lovely, it’s cheap, staff are friendly and location is great. 100% recommend!!

I’d best describe this hotel/ apartments as youth hostel type accommodation. Location wise it’s very run down and unloved with abandoned buildings around and near to it. The room we stayed in was clean but small and cramped with nowhere to store your luggage or sit comfortably. The staff are unfriendly and arrogant and charge you €10 euros as soon as you arrive and want €10 per day for air conditioning which doesn’t work very well anyway. I’d save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere .

Booked via loveholidays. Emailed the hotel from their website to check booking was ok and they got back to me in hours. Two days before we were due another email telling us what rooms we would be in and where our keys would be-: as we were in a late flight! So we felt super prepared Rooms were clean and had everything we needed- we paid extra for air con. We are at pool bar too which was good. The best bit is the private beach on site with decking and steps into the sea. Sure it’s not the best beach but it was empty/ just us!!! Wow. Ideal fur sunset swim. 15 min walk into Kavos. Bus stops outside for trip to Corfu town. I literally cannot fault this lovely hotel,

Arrived late and hungry to a very warm welcome from Manager Michael who managed to arrange food for us even though the kitchen had closed. Our studio was basic but kept spotlessly clean throughout our 11 night stay and we had the added bonus of a sea view. Special mention to barman Jacob who worked tirelessly throughout the day providing excellent service with a smile and to Leva who mixed some pretty mean cocktails in the evening. The Kavos ***** is an easy 15 minute walk away but Seaside is far enough away from the madness to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay

Spent an amazing 11 nights here, hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kavos. Rooms are basic but so the job. Pool was nice and not busy all the time. Jacob is AMAZING, so funny, helpful and would go out his way to do anything for u (even get me brown sauce for breakfast ☺️) he actually makes ur holiday and the hotel!! The main reason i would go back! Micheal was so helpful as well, looked after me when i arrived. Air con costs 8 euros a night but is needed. Can get public bus at the front of hotel, 10 euros return- takes about 1hr 40 to get to corfu old town. Hotel does boat-trips but check places in Kavos u can get all day ones as well as the half day. Only negative is towels 1 towel each to last 3-4 days, which i would of preferred a new one every other day. Other than that worth the money
