Kings' Valley Medical & Spa Hotel

Nefes kesici ferah. Oda mükemmeldi, spa çok sayıda havuz ve saunayla harikaydı. Çok profesyonel bir masaj yaptırdım. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği ile rezervasyon yapıldı. Akşam yemeği büfe tarzındaydı ve 5 yıldız değil - ama iyi bir 4 yıldız. Tek dezavantajı servis personeli: Neredeyse hiç kimse İngilizce ya da en azından yabancı dil konuşmuyor. Örneğin, bir bira sipariş ettiğimde ve garsonun ne istediğimi anlayabilecek tek üniversiteyi bulmak için hızla uzaklaştığında yaşadığım panik atağı izlemek biraz komikti. Ya da garson ne şikayet ettiğimizi anlayamadığı ve yorumumuzu görmezden geldiği için kırmızı şarap yerine bir bardak beyaz şarap aldığımızda görmezden gelindik. Kötü ruh halinden değil, sırf anlamadığı için. Resepsiyonda da durum aynıydı ancak orada bir tercüman ya da İngilizce konuşan bir personel bulmak daha az zaman aldı. Ve pek çoğunun hizmet işinde gerçekten eğitim almadığı açıktır. Neredeyse herkes arkadaş canlısıydı (ya da en azından öyle olmaya çalışıyordu) ama çoğunun ne yapacağına dair hiçbir fikri yoktu. Yine de sunulan olanakların muhteşem olması nedeniyle geri döneceğiz ve hizmetin zamanla gelişeceğini umuyoruz.

Harika bir tesis ve atmosfer. Büfe kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği için mükemmel çeşitlere sahiptir. Spa tesisi ortalamanın çok üstünde.

Otel yepyeni, çok modern ve lüks, oda ve banyo standart için çok büyüktü! Spa ve havuzlar harikaydı ve çok memnun kaldık ama tuz odası kapalıydı. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği büfesinde seçilebilecek çok sayıda yiyecek vardı ancak kaliteye daha fazla dikkat e**eleri gereken bir şey var. Üstümüzde öğleden sonra biraz gürültülü olduğu için hala inşaat halindeler. Öğle yemeği için sadece alakart restoranın öğle yemeği servisi yapması nedeniyle seçeneğiniz yok, oda servisi ve Sofra restoran da açık olacak.

My family had a very nice trip to Kings Valley at the end of May. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing with so much choice and all very well prepared. Rooms and bathrooms are large with a nice balcony. For me the very large bed was extremely hard and I would have liked an option of a mattress topper. The pools and spa were perfect and excellent for swimming or just relaxing. The hotel wasn't too busy when we visited which was nice but i imagine even at busy times there will still be plenty of chairs inside and out. The spa area was nice with plenty of choice of treatment rooms. The hotel is fairly remote with no shops in the area. Drinks and snacks are very expensive during the day when using the pool bar during the day or having drinks with dinner and our bill for extras was quite high when checking out. (we were a group of 5) The tennis and pedal courts are also extremely expensive. We tried Pedal tennis but had to hire rackets and buy the balls which made the price 70 Lev for one hour! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall we were very happy with our trip and will visit again in the future. thank you.

One of the Best hotels we've stayed lately. The rooms are great, the SPA facilities are top notch, but the breakfast and dinner buffets are out of this World. The neighboring attractions as well as the rose valley are unique. We shall return there again and again, mostly in spring and autumn. Many thanks to the Staff and Management

We have just returned from our first trip to Bulgaria... what a wonderful experience! We had booked 3 nights at the King's Valley Medical & Spa Hotel, but added another night as there is so much to do there! We will be back, and highly recommend. It is excellent value for money. (It's best to book direct with the hotel, to take advantage of their direct discounts and benefits). I have travelled around the world and have experienced some wonderful 5* hotels (for work), this hotel is right up there with the best! Our room was large, clean and very comfortable, with a wonderful view. Nature welcomes you every day... we woke to the sounds of the Cuckoos calling; and it was wonderful to experience the House martins swooping past our balcony. Whilst sitting in the outdoor thermal pool, we watched the Storks rising on mountain thermals, then glide high above us and off along the King's Valley. Nightingales sing all day long. These birds are now very rare in the UK. The Spa is large and very well designed. My therapists were exceptional, and spoke excellent English (whilst I didn't tell them at the time, I am also a trained massage therapist, so I know what's good & what's not). I had a relaxing massage and two facials, which were wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting Ivan the Spa manager, who has clearly handpicked the therapists, and trained them in his international blend of therapy methodology, to an exceptionally high standard. We ate in all three restaurants: Trakia is casual and buffet style. Alba is quieter and more formal a la carte. Sofra serves Bulgarian food in large portions! (I thought I had ordered a Trout fillet, I was served a whole large trout, so best to be hungry when you dine there). The Bulgarian wines were really good too. The Lounge bar served fabulous whiskies. We hired a car and explored the Valley of the Thracian Kings; visited a local Rose Distillery and journeyed up into the Balkan Mountains to visit Etar ethnographic village, and Shipka mountain monument, and the archaeological museum in Kazanluk town. Downsides? the Bulgarians like to smoke, and there weren't any non-smoking areas on the outside terrace of Trakia restaurant. Some staff don't have the necessary 5* aplomb which is required in the international 5* hotel market (this will come with age & experience). The positives far outweigh the negatives. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is perfect in every possible aspect! Very clean rooms, the pools and spa are perfect, and very clean too. The check in was very fast, although it says its in 3pm, we got here at 2pm and we get in right away. The food is delicious and there's a lot of choices. Is you are about to reserve my recommendation is to include dinner in the price too, you won’t regret it! Also the staff is very polite and thoughtful. There’s plenty of details that will make you feel really special. Totally worth it!

The best hotel me and my family have been to in a long time. Great room, very clean and spacious. Spa facilities are really excellent. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely great with great variety and most meals made on the spot. I absolutely recommend!
