Very clean hotel, conveniently located off freeway. One bed was extremely comfortable. The other bed sagged so I just rotated the mattress and all was better

Ck-in was smooth. Bed comfortable. TP holder was falling off wall. Faucet handle was loose. Low shower pressure. TV channels kept losing signal. Little annoyances, but overall satisfactory stay.

Great location and loved the pool. I wish the location was more consistent in giving ALL guests the welcome bag. Also, wish the front desk staff did not smell like smoke.

Everything was great except for the smell of the whole hotel. It smelled like incents and not in a good way. The odor was so overpowering.

The location was great for us but if you stay here request a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the interstate as the hotel is very close to it and our room noise was a constant 50 to 60 decibels and over 70 when a loud truck went past. Also the first room we checked into had a heating unit so loud we could hear it before we opened the room door. We requested a room change and were told they only had one room left and were moved to a room right next to the highway with a shower that had a rust stained shower floor.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing that was just ok, was the breakfast. I usually choose Holiday Inn knowing that the room will be nice, but also for the breakfast. It was just ok. The gravy for the biscuits was not real good.

Nice hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast with hot and cold options. Easy access from I-35. Unfortunately that means the road noise was at times pretty loud. We would stay here again.

A newer facility. Convenient location. Excellent check-in by staff, whom were available at 2 am and helpful.
Room was excellent. I was able to sleep in a comfortable bed.
