The rates were cheap which makes sense. The bathroom was very dirty with mould on all the tile grout and water damage due to a leaky shower which still had someone else’s hair on the walls. The toilet flusher was broken, there are only two little hooks to hang towels on even though it is a very large open wall big enough for towel rails. The roof corners had big spider webs in them. The freezer latch was broken so the whole freezer box was full of ice and had also spread down into the fridge. The fridge seal was dodgy so the fridge didn’t close properly. The floor did not seem very clean as there were hairs and dirt on it. The bed frame looked solid and sturdy but wobbled and was very squeaky. Probably won’t stay here again or recommend to family/friends

If I had of taken any notice of previous reviews, we wouldn't have stayed here, but we had a wedding at Araluan and thought what the heck Firstly everyone was friendly, I forgot my hairdryer and Maddy at reception lent me one We had a beautiful evening meal, there were lots of other diners, which is a good inication things are ok Our accommodation was lovely, comfortable bed, good aircon, shower was superb....would definitely recommend ......

Stayed one night here. Room ok bed ok Had breakfast this morning, reviews were great worst breakfast I have ever had. 4 breakfasts hardly anyone ate anything, sausage & mushrooms were stone cold and I have never seen an omelette like it, absolutely shocking. Definitely wouldn’t go back, waste of money. So disappointing, as the reviews were all really good. 😔

Food was nice, took a long time to get to us though.. we were staying for the night, called reception to order a bottle of wine and they said sorry were all ready don for the night and done the till...40 mins before they closed, we offered to put it on our tab for the next day or on our room.. they said sorry no we can't.. young staff that don't care at all... what a shame, has potential, won't be back.
