I contacted customer service and now a day after returning from our stay, they still haven’t replied. Thank goodness for other guests checking in who had a binder with the wifi password and for Sharon, your friendly maintenance person who happened to be onsite changing door access pad batteries on another unit. She solved our issues and really cared. All thumbs down for the owner/manager of this property. Your guests are really on their own there. Service is zero. No phone, no USB port for charging devices. No blind on skylight, so you’re awoken at sunrise, Not enough towel racks for used towels, black mildew at base of shower walls. Mattress isn’t good. Too many stairs and no elevator. We climbed to the second floor, then opened our unit door to be met with another steep flight of stairs inside the unit to get up to our room. Batteries were low on the keypad. No welcome binder with instructions fir wifi, A/C. No one answers customer service emails. Make sure you have a cellphone and it’s charged before you go. Also not good if you aren’t good with stairs or have more than minimum luggage. There is no one there to help you.
