House keeping wasn’t up to par. Had request for a top up of the shower gel in the toilet, but it was never done for the 4 days that I was there. Dissapointed.

酒店位置去Dadeland商場不是太遠，步行能到達。工作人員很友好。酒店一部分在裝修，老房間有些舊了。下次到Dadeland，還住這家Aloft。

Small rooms, no bathtub, shower that works strange, pool did not seem clean, onsite cafe food not good

This hotels has its highs and its lows, the customer service from both bartenders were excellent (Carlos and I believe her name was Sabrina) they took great care of me. Now as far as the room goes, it was very old, the water and hallway smelled like poop. They definitely need to update the room and bathroom, my bathroom light kept flashing. Overall not a bad stay and it’s around a lot of great places to eat and drink

I reserved a double and we arrived in the room it was a king. The front desk quickly fixed the mistake without any issues. Everything else went smoothly and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was very cute ...modern but unorganized had a room without mini fridge then waited on maintenance had to call follow up twice. They have me new room that had a welcome letter for someone else. Lots of noise on my floor. Didn't bother to call they seem lacking skills to adjucate guest needs. Area traffic horrible.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, although when we arrived they were cleaning up a water leak on the floor we were on. It did not impact our room, but the carpet outside the elevator was very wet.
We have stayed twice duirng visit to Univ. of Miami.

Great rate and found out it was because renovations are underway. Our room was very nice but the hallway was not very clean. Lobby was nice with a bar and a typical little Latin cafe. Pool area was nice. You can’t beat the Dadeland location.
