Great place to stay. Drew, who was at the front desk, was very professional, helpful and friendly. Felt very safe and at home. Parking was ample. Micro and fridge in the room were convenient as I stayed recently to avoid Hurricane Milton. Nearby Kennebunkport and other coastal villages were beautiful and a great time of year to visit. Would recommend and will be back again.

Having stayed here previously we were excited to return. However, with the current ownership, we were quickly informed of a DAILY pet fee even though our room would not be cleaned daily. Hmm. We spent several days here and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Wanted to use the guest laundry and the signage around the property about the location is wrong and needs to be corrected. There is one washer and one dryer and it does not take cards. I had one load of clothes to do. It cost me $9 to wash and dry one load! $3 to wash and $6 to dry- ridiculous- and to top it off there’s a sign on the washer that says you cannot use the machine between 9 pm and 8 am?! Also , pool closed at 9 pm. There are too many restrictions. Not sure we will stay here again.

This is not a Boutique hotel. It is a old style motel, with several areas outside that look old and not maintained. Our room was dirty - huge dead fly on the lamp base, tons of dust and dirt in corner next to tub in bathroom, and shelves next to the sink were very dusty and dirty. I think housekeeping most likely does a nice job. I am guessing this room had not been rented for some time and no one came in to do the basic clean up. In addition, the top sheet/bed cover had a light stain on it. There is not a balcony, it is just the entrance to your room if you are on the second floor. The breakfast was okay. This hotel was quite pricey, which is shocking due to the condition of the room.

I wouldn’t call this a Boutique hotel, as their website says. The bed was nice, the tub wasn’t. We stayed at an Ascend Collection Choice Hotel in Augusta ME, which was superb. This was NOT. Breakfast began at 7 am. At 7:15 am, the one and only employee on duty brought out so small of an amount of scrambled eggs that you could see the bottom of the stainless steel pan, and 6 pieces of bacon. My husband, I, and the other two people, that were patiently waiting, ate them all. Even at 8:15 am when a large group of people came in the breakfast room, no more bacon and scrambled eggs were available. So if you’re hungry in the morning, don’t stay here. And through all this only one employee was in the entire building - when we checked in on Sunday and checked out on Monday.

We stayed here one night. Our room reeked of a horrible disinfectant. The manager was very unfriendly and we were very turned off by the additional costs you were charged for early or late check-ins. The pool was much too warm and didn’t look at all like it was photographed on the website. It was very overpriced for what it was. Do not stay here.

The GM was exceptional.. Professional/friendly/polite/helpful. Pool was clean every day. Breakfast area was spotless. Rooms were large and comfortable. The parking was extremely convenient. The price was excellent and were only 8 minutes from Ogunquit and Kennebunk port

The manager- Nirav Patel was extremely rude, when we called to cancel the reservation that we had made just a minute before, and refused to return our money, insisting we drive in our South when another hotel 2 minutes away. Had just called saying they made a room available for us... We had originally booked and paid for another hotel in Freeport, but upon arriving we were told they had accidentally sold our room to somebody else and all the rooms were sold out, as were all the hotels within an hour of Freeport, ME. Out of pure desperation at midnight we booked the Port Inn, an hour south from where we planned to stay on our Anniversary, But a minute later - we were contacted by a Bed and Breakfast 2/10 of a mile away, who had made room to help us At midnight on our anniversary. Mr. Patel was extremely rude when we explained The horrible situation we were in, and respectfully asked him to cancel and refund the reservation we made at the Port Inn just a minute earlier, refusing to cancel our reservation and refund our money.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an absurd amount of money. My family and I stayed 2 nights, there was no housekeeping in between the 2 nights we stayed. We also had a mishap with the toilet and all of our towels were soaked. At first, they refused to give us new ones, but finally they did. And the rooms look nothing as advertised online. My family and I had a horrible experience.

Fantastic clean and well kept hotel,pool was great and staff very helpful.It is out of town but it was so busy in August we were glad for the quiet.Got lovely beaches 10 minutes away by car and if you get there early ish you will be able to park.Also a nice touch,you can borrow towels and deck chairs for the beach from reception.
